French Toast Girls' Pleat 2-fer Dress

I was hesitant to buy this based on the reviews, so I felt it was important to leave one. My daughter is 2 years and 2 months old. She is overall an averaged sized 2 year old, except she is in the 99th percentile for height. I needed this dress in a pinch, so I ordered a 2T and a 3T based on the reviews that said to size up. The 2T fit her perfectly. I would say it fits very true to size. I LOVE this dress on her. It's so cute! The dress fit over her head without any issues. It went right on without issue. There was plenty of room. The dress comes down to a good length when she's standing (maybe 2" above the knee). However, when she raises her arms up it does looks too short. When she bends over, her bottom does show. Bc she's 2, I did put a navy pair of bloomers/diaper cover under the dress. With this on she was just fine. For an older girl I can definitely see this being a bigger issue, but my daughter is also very tall for her age, so keep that in mind. I hope this review helps.

Do not hesitate because of the very few poor reviews. I bought 3 of these dresses. My daughter is in the 98% in Ht and 99% in WT. Her head measures 99% too. She's 5 yrs old. She wears a size 8 in French Toast uniforms but I did get her a size 10 to grow into which fits long.The material in this dress is so nice and soft. The skirt part stays pleated and doesn't wrinkle. The white part doesn't wrinkle either. The pictures I posted are after washing the uniform.Now it's important to use color guard laundry detergent on any garment that is made with dark and light material. In the past I've ruined a few garments of my own, expensive ones, by not using color guard detergent on them. Also garments like these should be washed by themselves the first time, then you can wash them with like colors using color guard. Again true for any similar garments. If you don't use color guard detergent then the white portion will be slightly dyed by the dark material. It's always best to air dry these types of garment too, to prevent wrinkles in the white portion of the material or just remove it from the dryer while it's still warm and shake it out. Again I've had to do this with my own clothes because I've ruined a few expensive pieces in the past. I reccomend cheer with color guard. This dress goes on easily and off easily and as you can see from the pictures it stays nice after washing it too. I reccomend using cheer with color guard on all dark colors because it will prevent fading too. Or any color guard detergent. I hope this helps. Wash in warm water too never hot.Update August 8th 2021After multiple washes this dress still looks great. I'm including a new picture of the dress right out of the dryer.

These are a life saver and cuts down on some of the hassle of getting ready in the morning! The 3T that I ordered previously didn't have the white shirt sewn in, in the front but the size 4's that I ordered did. I had also order the Children's Place equivalent but after a couple of washed the material started to bead up. I wash in cold water to avoid color bleeding.UPDATE: THIS COMPANY HAS RECENTLY CHANGED THEIR MANUFACTURE AND NOW THE HEAD OPENING IS ABOUT ONE INCH SMALLER AND COULDN'T FIT OVER MY 2 YEAR OLDS HEAD. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF RETURNING.

My Princess looks so sophisticated like a little lady each morning she attends kindergarten in her uniform dress. Along with her white stockings and patan leather shoes carrying her book bag. She looks like she is destine for college lol. I like that this outfit is easy to wash and iron. the pleats kinda stay in the dress and doesn't wash out so ironing is not difficult. I like that the white top stays attached and the uniform always looks like a nice fit.The only improvements I can suggest for this uniform is that they make a uniform with a navy blue dress and a shy blue or baby blue top oppose to a white top. Also, if they had a combination dress size that kinda grows with a child. For example a style that was a size 7-10. Oppose to either purchasing a size 7, then a size 8 etc.., But Perhaps everyones kids row at different rates. I like for my daughter's uniform to always look neat and organized so I purchase her currant size. however she out grows it in 3-4 months LOL. But seriously, I think this is a beautiful uniform, and a great price.

This would be adorable, were it not for the INSANELY TINY NECK HOLE that I could not get my daughter's head through. As so many have said, the neck hole is just absurdly small. I should have taken the reviews seriously. It is SO SMALL. Unfortunately, my daughter fell in love with the dress itself (again, very cute. Looks very Hermione), so I had to try to stretch the neck and eventually just cut the shirt behind the buttons. If you button it up, the cut part doesn't show, but there's not really an attractive way to doctor this. Or I'm not handy enough to do it. But really, we should not have to be handy to get our children's heads into their clothes!

I love that the shirt is sewn in so it doesn't ride up during the day.Its so easy ,my daughter just has to slept it over her head and she looks great! I feel it runs Very true to size, my daughter loves the upper part of the uniform is a thick almost Polo type mayerial. Really soft,stretchy and doesn't itch. The skirt is the regular "uniform " material keeping the pleats nice and clean . It's a win all around. I would Highly recommend this if your child's going through a "baby fat" or heavy time especially in the belly because this will fit comfortable and it looks flattering.plus it all in one so no trying to fit shirts and jumper separate. Great price too. A+

Super adorable! Lightweight but durable fabric. Does run slightly small though. My LO is usually a small 6, large 5. We purchased 6x and it's slightly short on her.

While I love this jumper the neck hole is way too small. I've had to pick the seams to take all the white fabric off. That way it can be used over normal polo shirts. Defeats the purpose of having a one piece outfit. :( I suppose I might be able to take one of our stained shirts and sew it into it. They should have used stretchy material that could go over heads. It wasn't even close to being able to fit until taking off the white. It's fits on the body perfectly.

Es la primera vez que compro está marca y lo pedí talla 6 y si estaba bien, hecho exactamente para una talla 6, pero pensé que vendría un un poco largo. Pedí la devolución y compré talla 8 y le quedó perfecto, a mi gusto, hasta un poco abajo de la rodilla y de ancho perfecto por qué es como una playerita que es ajustable pero no queda apretada y por la talla tampoco queda olgada y eso me gusto, la falda no se arruga, me encantó!Llegó super rápido, la devolución del producto fue bastante fácil y en cuanto me abonaron la devolución compré una talla 8 y como ya mencioné, le quedó hasta la rodilla a una niña que recién cumplió 6 años y pesa aprox 20 kilos

It fits well, looks swell for a uniform. Made well where a small child can feel elegant going to school! My granddaughter tried it on and I can sense the WoW feelings in it! Good quality, good value for the price I paid.

The dress itself is great. Its a one-piece so my kid loves it. Plus it's comfy and stretchy too. Material feels quite breathable. Good purchase for the price.
