Great book regardless of what you sell and your years of experience.
Great book as it goes way beyond just giving strategies and ideas but it really cuts to the "why" of why we sell. The personal stories in the book really help to emphasize why we do what we do and when we do it. I heard the author speak at a conference and immediately bought the book to read on my flight home.

Such a fantastic read!
The principles shared in Heart and Sell are not only profoundly wise but ones that can be applied to every facet of our lives and relationships, both personally and professionally. I loved the entertaining and powerful stories that were made even more impactful by Shari's courage to share her vulnerability and many life lessons. Connecting with other people is more challenging than maybe ever before but this book provides the insight, the path to and the reasons why authentic human connection is so critical to sales success but also in our personal success with everyday life.

The stories offer EXCEPTIONAL teaching moments. The systematic presentation and the humor of the book will keep you turning the page. Get ready to take notes!

A Fresh and Universal Approach
Outstanding insights that are applicable to anyone with customers or potential customers. While focused on the traditional sales market, the "universal truths" in the book apply to all industries and types of customers as the motivations of people in any business relationships are similar. I found that that the insights ring true even in the highly structured defense industry. As a bonus if you step back from the focus on sales you'll see that the "truths" apply to your personal relationships and interactions as well. It's all about focusing on gaining a deeper and genuine understanding of the people with whom we deal, whether in business or in life.

Straight from Sheri’s heart!! Great Book!!!
Oh wow!! Sheri strikes goal with this book. I’m not sure what took me so long to buy this book.. I’m in quarantine and decided to do some reading to sharpen my saw to return to work!She wrote this from her heart and as I read, I’m receiving it straight to my heart!

Sales Success for 2020!
This book has been on my reading list for awhile and I’m so glad I picked it up! I have personally used Shari’s strategies through the years and it’s great to find her core principles in one easy-to-digest book. I have ventured into more direct sales territory in recent years and found myself needing to refresh my process, third level discovery and closing techniques. Shari’s recommendations are applicable to all industries and embody the relationship skills that will be necessary to succeed in 2020 and the decades to come!

INCREDIBLE...
No other sales book (and I have read A LOT) has influenced me as significantly as Heart and Sell. This book taught me how to get to the core of selling by building a true connection. By authentically caring about the client instead of asking the "right" questions. By taking responsibility and pursue growth rather then selling from "ego". By listening.There's SO MUCH MORE in this book that taught me how to connect through the heart to get the sale and I am a much better salesperson because of it. Thank you Shari.

This helped me with the right mindset i needed in pursuing sales as a career
As someone in the process of transitioning to sales as a career , I have found Shari's teachings very valuable and a natural resource for entry into sales with the right mind set. In this book , she took that even further by explaining what to me is the right heart-set I needed and how to genuinely care about the needs of others, meet those needs and get paid for it . Having no background in sales , I feel very happy to have come across this book early
