No matter where you purchase your ember - Ember customer service is remarkably good in accommodating your needs. I’m ordering my second Ember and that’s one of my determining factors. I can’t deal with companies that act like they could care less about the consumer. Also, no one actually desires to have a reason to deal with customer service at least I avoid it the best I can. However I discovered Ember employees are very interactive as being problem solvers for their customers. Typically that means they believe in their product.. They’ve been the easiest company I’ve dealt with. Like many of you , my mug stopped holding a charge (after 2 years - the original model). I thought it was a connectivity / Bluetooth kind of problem, I called the number on the app or maybe I just googled Ember for the number - regardless - we communicated by text (they ask if you have a choice) they got me reconnected right away, but over the next few days I realized it must be a different issue, because its still not holding a charge, or not charging at all. I reached out again via text to customer service, they simply asked if I could send a photo of the charger at an angle that would show the height of the two pins. It was then, that I noticed one pin to be lower than the other. The photo confirmed that my charger had failed, which is an issue they are currently aware of and working on. They will rectify the issue if you simply contact them - no warranties involved. No questions, no cost, only the photo was needed. A brand new charger arrived at my home 2 days later. I hope this will help others in deciding.

I bought these to hand out for church on mother's day for our token gift. They are nice for the price, not the highest quality, but not horrible for something like this. The only issue I had was that the dark blue bag that had Nehemiah 8:10 said Noh 8 10. Not something you want to pass out to a guest, for sure. I have submitted feedback to the company. If I hear anything back I will update. All the ladies enjoyed receiving the other one's, for sure.

While these look super cute, they are poor quality and smell awful. Their are misspellings/typos too on the Verses Nehemiah reads NOH and Mark reads lowercase mark. The pouches are flimsy material. Please remake these on quality material as they have potential, but I will definitely return them as they're not worth it.

The fabric of the pouches I received had a VERY strong chemical smell. I had planned for them to be used as gifts, but I realized immediately that I would be returning them.
