Easy replacement. I used a screwdriver to pry up the old casters and popped on the new feet. Easy assembly. Still easy to slide chair and the chair stays in place unless you want to move it.

Easy to install and we have not had any issues. I put felt pads on the bottom to make them easier to move and protect the floors.

These are perfect for the price. They are solid and slide in without much difficulty.

These caps are not the easiest things to find and I looked at the mega hardware places. They are very ruggedly well made. I had an old exam stool which my 79 yr old mom needed in the kitchen. She can only stand for a brief period. She has hardwood floors in the kitchen and I thought these things which scratch the floor but not one single mark. It provides her with a rotating but secure height adjustable stool and makes cooking far less of a task. I am getting some for my office chair. Wheels on a office chair are super rough on a floor and to be frank, I cannot see the need for wheels on a chair. Think about it does not make a lot of sense. If I need to move that much that I need wheels, I will just stand up and move the chair. The rotation left to right is logical but wheels not really. Something so simple made an exam stool a way for my mom to keep some independence and it really helped her self esteem. Thank you. Great purchase.

These are 11mm not 7/16 I measured them with a caliper.I also measured the original wheels they were 7/16 not 11mm.The originals were1 7/8" long.These are much shorter, but I knew that.But they work just fine !!!I didn't have to modify them in any way.When you put them with no load at all they wobble.As soon as a load is applied (like the chair) they stop wobbling.The chair is much more stable.And the chair gives better support to my back because it doesn't move away.These gliders only glide when you have little weight on the chairto you have to lift up on the chair.I don't want my chair scooting asway from me.Larry in NH.
