Easy to swallow and powerfully effective!
I love these micro pills! I take a small handful every night, maybe 20-25, and I am sure my system loves them too! When I don't get enough greens in my diet, spirulina will give me what my body needs! They are a regular part of my diet!

Easy to swallow aspirin sized tablets
These are so much easier to take than powder as long as aspirins are easy for you to swallow. Some of these type pills are really large and hard for me to swallow but this brand is not. The negative to this is that you'll need to take quite a few to make a serving. The package indicates 13. I don't take that many each time but I'll take a few here and there through the week. The bag states there are 77 servings total. I figure it'll last me 3 months so it seems like a good deal. The pills are coated with light green powder still and I tend to put them into a pill container with some other supplements. The container has a nice dusting of green in each of its compartments. Not a huge deal but worth noting.I do prefer taking these by pill than powder. The powder makes a bigger mess each time. One note, I put one of these in my aquarium thinking it would be similar to an algae wafer. From the packaging these just look to be compressed pure spirulina. They did not dissolve immediately and my aquarium fish didn't rush to them like I expected. There was a bit of a mess left over for a couple of days that was eventually vacuumed out. Also, chewing these is unpleasant. They really cake on the teeth and the taste is sort of fishy. I didn't taste any hints of rancid oils so I feel like these are plenty fresh. I will definitely swallow these whole going forward.

FINALLY- A Spirulina I Like To Take
I have taken chlorella tablets for a long time now. They are tiny and easy to take. The problem is that all of the spirulina I have had are powders and I don't like them much. These are the same tiny tablets like I have in chlorella and now I love taking these.HOW THEY COMEThese come in a resealable bag that is pretty thick and guards against moisture.SIZEThese are tiny. I would say they are smaller than an aspirin tablet. The photo they listed with this product is accurate.EASE OF SWALLOWING?I have not issues at all taking these.HOW I TAKEI take six or seven of these a day.DO THEY HELP?I have seen an increase in energy and decrease in inflammation while taking these.THE BOTTOM LINEI love these pills. They work well for me and are very easy to take.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I would buy these again for sure. They have worked well for me so far.

It Seems To Be Safe Spirulina...
I like taking spirulina, because it is a very high source of zeaxanthin, which, along with lutein, protects the eyes from damage. It is also a "superfood" with a lot of other nutrients. The problem with spirulina is that it can easily be contaminated with other algae, and thus contain dangerous cytotoxins and the chemical BMAA (which has been implicated as a possible cause of ALS). So, I am VERY careful with spirulina, and won't take most spirulina supplements because I have no idea where it comes from. While the supplier isn't listed for this, it sure seems like it is produced by Parry nutraceuticals, which is based in India. The photos listed with this product match the photos associated with Parry's growing farm. If so, this means that this is a safe source of spirulina, grown in tanks, away from other algae which could contaminate the spirulina.I can't be 100% sure, but it seems like it is, unless the company is deceptive. So, I can recommend this, at least based on the evidence. I reached out to the company to see for certain.

Know your sources? Spirula is great but ..
I can't figure what this company does like who is mfg this product and where can I find 3rd party testing. The website is confusing on what the company does. I went to the FB group and same there they do seminars??. I want to love this product but I can't back up the safety of it as it only says sourced from India and distributed by on target living. It has a lot code and exp date as seen in picture but I would like to know who is mfg these how do I know they are safe? Another thing is it says organic but ingredients just note Spirulina not organic Spirulina like other organic products I've bought.Other than that Spirulina has many great benefits and this does have nice packaging if the supplier can answer my questions I will update my review for now it's important to know your sources.

Easy to use, less mess than powder
I have been using these spirulina tablets in my smoothies for a few weeks now. The tablets are very easy way to handle spirulina versus using powder. When I have used powders in the past there always seems to be some that gets on the counter. With these tablets I pour out 10-15 of them into my hand and put them quickly into my smoothie. There is some spirulina dust in the bag, and some will get on your hands, but it is far less mess. I just blend my smoothie until I stop hearing the loud clicks from the tablets being ground up.You may also take them as regular pills/tablets with a glass of water, but the one time I tried this I was on an empty stomach before eating my breakfast/smoothie and wound up with heartburn.Out of curiosity I chewed a few of the tablets. This was not a good idea. The spirulina was stuck in my molars for over 30 minutes despite trying to rinse my mouth with water and eating. Not a big deal as long as you don't mind the earthy flavor
