Reduced drag
The weight is very good. The design is a good one, the holes in the center allow airflow which reduces drag when swinging the bat. I can see this would be good as a team weight...i returned mine because it was too bulky to keep in my bag.

This Varo COR Bat Training Weight (20 oz.) is built to last and SOLID! Should last my son through high school (he currently plays 11u travel ball).

Great weight! Fits baseball and softball bats, but read further for more explanation.
I love this weight! It’s extremely smooth when you swing and the weight distribution is perfect. The perfect fit is on a 2 3/4” baseball barrel, but I also use it with my slow pitch softball bat and it still works well. The larger end of the bat weight has a small gap due to the smaller barrel size, but it’s not noticeable nor does it take away from the purpose of the weight.

Good on the right bat.
It fits my victus and my kids composite bats however, the flared know on my Marucci BOR is too big for it. It won't fit over flared knobs

Great for working on softball bat speed
Bought for my 15 year old daughter. She was looking for something to help with bat speed and this was perfect. She rotates back and forth between this on and off her bat during practices.
