This is a nicer hat than I expected. I wanted a hat that I can wear everyday, and I wanted a basic, "typical " fedora. (My bowler is more formal, of course for more formal occasions.) I had an inexpensive (sort-of) fedora that eventually fell apart, maybe from almost continual use, and I wanted an adequate replacement. I am almost afraid to wear this hat daily since it is better quality than my last hat. Nevertheless, I have begun wearing it all the time, so I'll see how it holds up through much wear and weather.When it arrived, the brim was curled up all the way around. I didn't realize that this would be the case. I had to flip the front edge down. This warps the hat very slightly, making it slightly longer than before because of the stiffness of the material. I wonder if as time goes on, the structure might relax, and look and feel more "standard."In any event, I also would like to know what I might do to preserve the hat against rain and sweat. I heard once that one can use scotchgard to protect the material; but when I tried it, it ruined a hat (that I had from a few years ago). Without some kind of protection, I wonder how long this hat will last. If it can hold up for at least two years, I will be satisfied. But if I could keep this hat for much longer, I would be happier.

This hat fits well and can be shaped along the brim which makes it look different for different clothing it's great I would buy another one in a different style or color if I needed one but now I have quite a bit too many hats

I bought another color of this Bailey hat last year and I love it. It's very comfortable and keeps a like new shape, even when it gets crushed! That's why I bought another and the fit is exactly like my other one.

This paticular hat is unique, with added class at it's finest. You can dress up, or down with it, and still be an absolute show stopper. It's light weight, & a summer item for sure. If you're a hat man, it is a collection topper.

Very cool gangster hat. Excellent quality. I got many likes. My only gripe was the final price 180.00 with another $30.00 duty that I wasn't expecting. And it was just about 1/8 inch on large size so I to adjust it. For the price I expected foam strips for adjusting hat if too large. So my advice is if you buy it ask for foam adjusting strips to buy inside hat liner.

I've bought a few Bailey hats, and this one is consistent with the rest. A good fit, modern style...It's a polypropelyne "straw" weave, so the build is tight and probably computer-driven, leading to a reliable product. My only (minor) complaint is that the centre crease is a bit deeper than expected, so the hat sits slightly higher than I'm used to. It's a 2" brim, but seems to visually extend further than my other 2" fedoras. A great hat for a great price.It arrived quickly, well-boxed with lots of packing for safety.

Der Hut wirkt bestens verarbeitet, das Material haltbar.Freue mich schon, ihn im nächsten Sommer häufiger zu tragen.Die Preise scheinen je nach Größe stark zu schwanken, habe ihn vor einigen Wochen hier unter 20€ bekommen.Mehr hätte ich auch nicht bezahlen wollen, aber er unterscheidet sich deutlich von Hüten der niedrigeren Preisklasse,das Kunststoff-Material scheint auch relativ flexibel.Der Hut würde mit vorne nach unten gebogener Krempe auch gut aussehen, das klappt aber bei dem Material nur bedingt, auch wenn er danach wieder in die Ausgangsform zurückkehrt.

Good product...but it was crushed when it arrived...it appeared as though there had been some heat applied and it had melted a bit...I have one of these hats already and was very happy with it....I wouldn't order it again because of the condition it arrived in...the package was in perfect condition....so this was shipped already crushed!!
