My friend absolutely loves it!
Fits both him and the wheel chair like a glove. Loves the clear area so he can see the controls and also likes the fact there’s a reflective strip on the back since the poncho’s dark. He’s even excited about the clear visor which he can pull down over his face in bad weather. Hesitant to buy, glad I did.PROS- Easy to put on- Clear panel allows visible access to controls- Reflective strip in back- Clear visor for added protection- Heavy enough to stay on in windy weather- Warm on the inside- Great priceCONS- None as of yet

Nice!
I have a scooter which cannot get wet. This poncho worked very well at keeping the scooter dry in a lightRain. Takes some practice to set up, though. I keep mine in a clear plastic backpack which hooks over the back of the scooter seat.

Suited my needs
Liked the generous covering to keep me dry and the controls & deck of the scooter . Don't like the name "Elderly Scooter" I am not Elderly! I'm just handicapped. Other people may need a scooter for various reasons not just old folks. I almost didn't purchase this one because of the verbiage but it looked like it suited my needs.I also use it as a storage dust cover for my scooter

Works well
I travel with my scooter. Some areas have short rain and surprising rain showers. This covers me and my scooter and allows me to keep going. It’s heavy duty, but portable enough to carry in my backpack on my scooter

Keeps me dry but a few design flaws
Overall, this does a good job of keeping me and my mobility scooter dry in the rain... there are however a few things that are annoying about it... If it is windy, it does tend to flap about in the wind and can be blown up off the front of the scooter or blow out to the sides letting the rain come in from the sides.... also I wish it was longer in the back so that it could properly hang down the back of the seat low enough to cover the back end of the scooter. Also, the little clear visor part is also sort of annoying... it's a good idea in theory but I don't know if it's just because I have a small head (I'm only 4'10") but I had difficulty shaping the visor to actually be rounded like a baseball cap... and it constantly falls down in front of my face (I think because the hood is a little bigger than my head?). The visor is more like a face shield than a hat for me because of it falling down in front of my face... although it does keep the rain off my face so there's that. The clear front panel is also nice so that you can still use your headlight. I will say though, the first time you unfold it, the clear panel is sort of stuck to itself and it takes a bit of effort to pull it apart because as you pull it apart it wants to stick to itself again. But once you get it unfolded and unstuck from itself, it's easy to refold it in a way that you can use the fabric sections of the poncho to keep the clear panel from touching itself as you fold it back up. The carrying bag is also very convenient and it's easy to put the poncho back in the bag once you're inside, out of the rain.Overall, I do like the poncho but if I were in charge of making improvements to the design, I would make it slightly longer in the back, add an elastic band around the bottom hem so that once it pulled down around the mobility scooter, the bottom of the poncho wouldn't be able to flap about in the wind... and I'd redesign the hood/visor... either eliminate the visor part all together and just have the hood, or make the hood slightly smaller so the visor actually stays on your head and not in front of your face... or add some sort of clips or elastic or headband to help hold it in place on the inside of the hood...
