Waist is TINY. It's elasticized and not adjustable!!!!!!! If your not a size XXS, don't bother!
Are you kidding me? Bought this for myself, but forget it. The "drawstring" waist is actually elasticized, and so small that my 11-year-old daughter said it was tight on her! Absolutely ludicrous. I figured that a drawstring waist would be adjustable, but this isn't at all. I'm a women's size 8, so I'm not that big around, but this is laughable. If I can't find another one, I'll have to alter this one so it fits, but I'm extremely disappointed.

This was perfect. I wore it to the Ren Faire and not only did it fit perfectly but it was extremely comfortable. It filled my dress perfectly. I can't say enough about this great hoop skirt. I'll post a pic the next time I wear it (I didn't take a full pic at the Faire).

Worked absolutely perfect for holding up my heavy Rennie garb (for the uninitiated think upholstery type fabric over top of another skirt over top of this)The elastic & velcro waist made taking this on & off a breeze, too :)
