I ordered size 8-11 for my size 10 shoes but received size 11-13. Contacted the seller, a pair of size 8-11 was quickly shipped. It fits my size 10 shoes perfectly. Really appreciate their customer service who responded to me message in just few hours. After try it for walk 2+ miles, I can say it is comfortable and no big issue. However, it seems to be a little too flat than I'd like as I don't get the feeling of my feet being "filled" or "wrapped". I guess it is mainly due to the arch support is too low and too soft. But others might like it this way. Therefore, this is my personal preference only.

Incredible. I was very skeptical about insoles making any sort of difference but holy cow. No pain, no discomfort, I feel like I could work longer, walk farther and stand straighter with no pain afterwards.

Great insoles for being on your feet a long time - material disperses weight evenly and provide some extra support in the arches. Comfortable and easy to insert with sizing being correct. When wearing them, I’m easily able to stand on concrete for many hours without my feet feeling tired. These provide much more comfort and better support than gel type inserts.

My daughter has some flat feet that cause her pain when she walks very far. She is 14 and tiny, so that should not be happening. She decided to go out for track so I bought these for her. They are a very low support, and not nearly as supportive as they look. Luckily my youngest like them in her farm boots for her "normal" feet.

i opened and immediately put in the trash. Arch is non existent=support none. i am not sure you could support anything with these, except, a flare up of your medical condition. if you have the condition and use supports, these are far from being anything more than a lump of silicone.

Does absolutely nothing for planters fasciitis.

These were NOT true to size per what the package said. My husband has plantar fasciitis and it made it hurt worse. 😞

If you are reading rave reviews about this knee brace and like me, are a bit warey when you don't see any negative comments, please trust me - they are all true. I can't imagine why I haven't done this before!I suffer from osteoarthritis and my right knee is the worst afflicted of all my joints due to a very nasty injury sustained to it 45 years ago. To give you some idea of the mess it is in, my consultant is not even sure how he can tweak a knee joint operation to suit. Basically I managed to smash my femur against the roof of a car as I was catapulted from a motorbike.Anyway, these last few months have seen an accelerated deterioration in the joint. First it started locking and wouldn't straighten, then it went the other way and started collapsing as I stepped forward. Worst of all was the constant pain. I couldn't sleep for longer than 40 mins at a stretch without getting up to walk in order to ease the pain. Five minutes driving was enough to reduce me to tears. I can't begin to tell you how much pain I've been in, and could really relate to a gentleman above who told us that his wife heard him whimpering - that's exactly where I was.This was until 30 minutes ago when my knees brave arrived and I put it on for the first time. I kid you not - the difference was astonishing! 30 minutes ago I was having to use a stick even to get around the house. Every step I took felt like something bad was going to happen somewhere inside the mangled mess that is now my knee. Half an hour ago I was in despair wondering if I was going to be stuck like this for the rest of my days - it's been at least eight months now since I last had a "Good day", so forgive me if I'm going too far with my praise.I don't know if this will last but right now I can honestly say my pain was diminished immediately and I am trotting around the house stickless, astonished that I suddenly can.Thank you to all those people whose reviews persuaded me to give this a try. I was totally sceptical but it's true - it has given me a while new lease of life!I have to go now. There are stairs to walk up, a car to drive, and children to collect from school with no walking stick.This is one seriously happy bunny!

Had to put one star as I ordered 3XL and large was delivered so obviously I cannot use it

Don’t usually write reviews, kinda think they’re staged.. BUT.. have a serious knee injury, tried several supports, from light to heavy but nothing quite relieves.. This I’ve had on for an hour and despite my reticence it’s blooming great.. I’ve taken more paracetamol and ibuprofen than I usually take, this brace is amazing. Fits true to size, love the slight hinge at side of knee.. vey happy

This has to be the worst compression knee product I have ever bought. It slips down your leg,even though I did the correct measurements. It’s very cheaply made and no tightness at all. It’s also bulky and uncomfortable around the knee. I suppose you get what you paid for. I’m just going to throw away.

Bought this after having 2 weeks of knee pain. Wore it straightaway and although it's supportive and easy to put on, it took me a wee while getting it off. However this morning my knee is much freer so I think this can only be a good thing.
