We bleach our bath weekly. This Rubbermaid Mat is excellent. It does not shift in the shower (Adheres well), is sturdy, solid. Great size. Not a stark white, but acceptable. Very safe for people with mobility challenges.

I am just absolutely so happy that I chose this Rubbermaid bath mat over the many many others I looked at. I needed a new one for my kids, 2 and 5 years old. So I needed something that was actually non slip and something that would stay down and not move or slide around. Very hard to find especially for my tub which is not 100 percent smooth. It has a very slight bumpy texture to it. Most mats I found said for smooth surfaces ONLY, even though some may of worked I liked my odds better with good old Rubbermaid brand. Plus I could tell it would be good for my kids and the top would not be slippery as many other mats were. It's also comfortable enough for them to sit or stand on and keeps them from slipping around which was my main goal. I definitely highly recommend this mat to anyone looking for a standard plain non slip mat that will hold up and most of all won't slip and slide around your tub. Totally worth the extra money over something like the gorilla grip mats and ones like them. I would of liked a colored one but not if I had to sacrafice quality and function of it. If your like me and can't make up your mind among tons of mats, buy this one! Just keep in mind I am not sure how this will work on tubs that have more than a very slight texture. Mine is not smooth like the walls of my tub however it is not very textured either so it's kind of something you'll need to guess on and try. If your tub is smooth tho I'm sure this will be a great choice!UPDATE: It's been a bit now and the mat is holding up great! No mold, no slipping or sliding, it stays down when I want it to and comes up when I want it to. It's easy to keep clean(and yes you need to clean your mats and lift them after use, as with any mat or they will eventually get mold on them, but if you take care of it you'll be fine and this one is better than others I've had at keeping mold away even when I leave it down) I will definitely get another one when this one gets too old. Thinking of getting another now incase they stop selling it.

These commercial mats work great will last me at least 6 months or more sturdy, non slip

This works well to prevent me from slipping when the tub would otherwise be slippery from the conditioner I use in large amounts to wash my long, thick hair. I also bought washable bathroom rug runners to allow me to get in and out of the shower if I forget something, without slipping. I never worry about slipping anymore. This fits perfectly in the bottom of a standard modern tub so it would be very difficult to slip with this in the tub. I'd recommend it for anyone with small kids, older family members, a habit of washing lots of hair with conditioner (you use a lot of it at one time!), anyone with low bone density or balance issues, and anyone who is prone to accidents has muscle control issues or otherwise has risks of falling in the tub. There are many, many suction cups, so this stays put. I will say that the end of the mat sometimes slightly curls due to how it was shipped, but I might just put it in a shallow tub of hot water to let that settle down straight. You can put this up on the tub enclosure surface and probably on tiles to let it drain and be about of the way, but you should lay it out with the suction cups exposed after it drains so that the underside dries. That way, you can avoid mold forming on it. I haven't had any mold on it, but I don't have mold problems in my bathroom. If the bather is at risk due to balance, age, or health conditions, it might be better to leave it in the tub while taking baths. I'm only using it due to my heavy use of hair conditioner making my tub especially slippery. With this in the tub when I'm showing and washing my hair with tons of conditioner, it's not slippery at all.Note that I don't use this when I'm taking a bath. That's partly because I don't wash my hair when I'm taking a bath so I don't have a slipper tub in that case. Also, I prefer the smooth tub to sit on versus this textured surface and the suction cups.The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it's darker than the ones I remember Rubbermaid making and thinner so that I feel the suction cups beneath my feet. So, it's not as pretty or quite as comfy. However, it doesn't show when you're in the bathroom, for the most part, and doesn't really clash with anything, and does its job very well. It blends into the environment and was a better price from this vendor than from the others I checked. It seems sturdy, and so I'm happy with it.

Perfect for my open walk in shower as the drain is in one side of the shower near the shower head. It covers a large portion of the shower floor which I wanted. I wanted a mat that was made out of rubbery non-slip material and this is it. Stays put on the shower floor. No fear of slipping. Yes, I will buy again.

The tub matt is perfect…it has a matte finish and plenty of suction cups, so it doesn’t move at all. I make sure to step on it to secure it before getting into the tub. The length is great and I would recommend it.

No-slip rubber bath mat. Great for taking showers with safety. 576 suction cups on bottom of large mat hold securely on smooth surfaces. Color is light-gray.

Simple and old-fashioned, but works great. I like that it's larger than many of the other tub mats on Amazon, leaving less room for you to slip. I also like when I'm done, I can just drape it over the side of the tub to air-dry. So far, it has stayed clean and not moldy.

This is probably the 5th one I have purchased. Covers most of the bottom, sticks well and is thick and of good quality. Worth purchasing.

A good size mat for the shower and providing good safety features.A pity that it soon showed signs of staining which could not be removed even with regular washing in the washing machine.

It’s a hotel standard rubber mat but I don’t understand why mine had so much moulds growing and can’t be removed, ended up I threw it away after 2 months of usage. Suction is strong, the grip to the floor is good but ultimately it didn’t last long for me

I bought another brand earlier and had to throw it out, because it had little to no suction, very slippery, and was too narrow. But this large 36"x18" Rubbermaid bathtub mat is excellent, real gripping power, covers almost my entire tub floor, and safe as houses. Very very happy. A heft price, but it is worth it for the total comfort and safety features it offers, so well made, no pending accidents here!
