As a physician I enjoyed the in-depth explanation of each case but more so I appreciate the humour and witticism around hospital culture and personalities. Particularly pleasing was the knife-edge cutting down of the bureaurocrats, both those in-house and the "suits" from the Health Authority. Having worked in that milieu it gave me more than a few belly laughs.The same applies to the First Case Book of Doctor Sababa! Looking forward to the 3rd.
