Best monitor and camera we have had. This is 4th one we have owned and to be honest I never expected the HD quality of the monitor it is full room wide screen display which ive not had with any other brand. The price is half of what I have previously paid which is another added bonus. Highly recommended 👌

Very poor quality of the battery and battery charging connector pin. Don’t purchase this product. In addition to that, there is no warranty so after only 3 months, I was forced to throw it away… very disappointing

The product is good, but there are few things that I didn’t like such as, not covering big areas as it written as when the camera is in the first floor and Im in the ground floor some times it disconnect and btw my house is not very big and it should be covered , secondly the camera should be connected to the power socket all the time while the screen can be charged and then you can use it without a wire, it will much better if the camera was a chargeable as well, finally it doesn’t give you a live sound , as i cannot hear my kid while she is sleeping however when she cry it gives me an alert only

Antes de nada decir que tuvimos uno solo de audio pero no nos sirve porque a menudo despierta pero se duerme sola y nos levantábamos para nada, cogimos una economica de 80€ pero duro sobre año y medio nada más, pocas funciones y poco alcance, la garantía no nos sirvió de nada y después nos decidimos por esta. La cámara es una maravilla, la calidad de imagen es muy buena incluso en nocturno, las funciones van estupendas(hasta las canciones de cunas son largas y bonitas), se mueve muy bien la rotación, tiene la función de voz pero también tiene otra de alarma (funcionan por separado) la de alarma en la sensibilidad 1-2 te avisa incluso si el niño se da simplemente una vuelta y el modo vox en sensibilidad 2-3 activa la cámara al más mínimo sonido que reciba, cualquiera de los dos en sensibilidad 1-2 me detecta incluso los ruidos de mis vecinos!! El alcance de la cámara es enorme, puedo ver la habitación entera poniéndolo a cierta distancia y con la rotación y el zoom ya no se me escapa ni un pelo de los que ocurre, el zoom tiene dos aumentos más. Vivo en un primero alto, y me llega hasta el ático la cobertura que sería como un tercero y a la acera de mi calle también. La batería va genial, cumple lo que dice según como la utilices, si no tienes el modo vox activado o si lo tienes activado con mucha sensibilidad, el monitor pasará mucho tiempo encendido y durará menos, pero con el modo vox activado en sensibilidad 3-4 (más que suficiente) a mi al menos me dura dos noches activando de11-12 de la noche hasta las 9 de la mañana. Dicho todo esto de las funciones de la cámara, voy con el servicio técnico: INCREÍBLE! El monitor se volvió loco, de la noche a la mañana empezó a hacer ruidos al cargar, después no cargaba, cambiamos de cable y parecía que funcionaba pero solo duró un día y decidió no encenderse, quedaba en parpadeo la pantalla y no encendía. Me puse en contacto con ellos a través de Amazon (el servicio de mensajes con el vendedor que hay) les conté el problema y la respuesta tardó unos minutos, todo el tiempo me dijeron que estuviese tranquila, que lo ibamos arreglar, me mandaron hacer pruebas de cambios de cable y cargador, resetear el monitor y cosas así, les tuve que ir mandando los vídeos a su correo, siempre contestaban al momento (dentro de sus horarios claro), me dijeron que si no descubriamos el problema para arreglarlo me enviarían otro, y así fue, dicho y hecho. No se supo que pasaba y me enviaron un producto nuevo como podéis ver en la imagen, aparte hubo problemas con el servicio de reparto y estuvieron ellos al pendiente del seguimiento del envío y de hablar con dicha empresa para resolver el problema y asegurarse de que llegaba. Vamos que estoy encantada no....lo siguiente !!! Con la cámara, con el monitor y con el servicio técnico, eternamente agradecida porque pensabamos que no nos harían caso como pasa con muchos vendedores, pero no ha sido así, se han portado genial !A quien se la he recomendado y la ha comprado también están encantados, y ahora que saben que el servicio técnico responde así...más todavía.Dejo un vídeo de cómo se ve en nocturno (se ve de maravilla imagínate con luz, se ve estupenda y con colores vivos) y también de cómo se mueve y las funciones que tiene.No tengo nada más que añadir ! La seguiré recomendando!!! para mi con gemelos (9meses)y otra niña pequeña (22 meses) es vital la cámara.Muchas gracias KAWA!!

I had bad experience in the past with other brands and I was looking very carefully to have a device that does not depend on wi-fi, mobile apps because of the struggles of broken connection and security. This one delivers that, also the quality image and sound are pretty good and and you can install even not reading the manual (my bad). One thing that I was not expecting and amazes me is being able to set the level of sound should be alerted. I really recommend it!

Audio buono, molteplici regolazioni, ma alla fine l'allarme si attiva per il minimo fruscio se tenuto con allerta alta, mentre alzando la soglia di allerta non si attiva nemmeno se la bimba piange.La qualità immagine di notte non è il massimo, faticavo a capire se la bimba avesse gli occhi aperti o meno.Complessivamente il baby monitor non è fatto male, ma alla fine ho optato per un altro con decisamente meno opzioni, e più grezzo, ma con audio e video notturno migliori (che alla fine sono la cosa fondamentale per un baby monitor).
