Very good phone all around..
Got renewed from "Kiss Electronics" and arrived in time and in excellent condition for a renewed phone. Renewed from Amazon have 90 days warranty from seller/Amazon since they have no Samsung warranty.Had a new S7 Active before but dropped waist height and screen cracked and had red lines.. So S7 Active is not that active or durable.. be careful and get a case and screen protector.Pros:1- Battery life.. 18-24hrs when new then around 10-12hrs after a year of use and the dreaded updates that seem to affect performance...2- Good screen size and calrity... don't like screens that r too big.. and they r getting too big these days.3-wifi calling w AT&T.4- Good speaker.5- Fast enough for regular use.6- Excellent Cameras.7- Water resistant when new.. per manufacturer.Cons.1- Not really resistant to regular falls.. my S3 took more hits with no issues.2-Battery life starts fading in less than a year..3- Samsung warranty!

Switched to this after 9 years of iPhones
After using iPhones for 9 years and buying one cheap Samsung Amp Prime to get my feet wet, I finally bought this S7 Active for my primary phone. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was thoroughly impressed by the build quality and durability. It's not as pretty as the regular S7, but has a great design and feels good in the hands. I was expecting the battery to last a little longer since it's a much bigger capacity than most phones, but I suspect that it's age has reduced its life. I'm also constantly trying to tweak the settings to improve battery life. My only other gripe is the AT&T branding. It was made exclusively for AT&T and has the AT&T bloatware--some of which cannot be hidden. Aside from this and adjusting to the Android OS, I am enjoying the details of customization and automation.

ElectroWireless is a great seller
I really like the phone i received from ElectroWireless. It functions like a new phone and has a great battery life. The phone came with a key to open up the sim card port. I'm unsure about its durability since mine has been in a case and has had a glass screen protector on it since day one. The only issue that has come up is one time I received an error message that the phone wouldn't charge because there was water in the port. Luckily a bowl of rice and a swab with some rubbing alcohol fixed this issue. Over all I highly recommend this seller

Not impressed
I bought this product because I bought a green one from another seller, through the SAME link, and it works great. Completely refurbished. Unboxing it looked new. Screen was beautiful, and still is. He's dropped it a few times with very little defect. However; purchasing this gray one was a completely different story. Unboxing this phone was not as exciting as the green camo one. There were several defects that I had noticed. I will not lie, I am absolutely clumsy with phones and have broken a few. The first drop caused the frame to come apart. It lifted from the screen. Making me want to test the water resistance, I still have not. Dropping this phone a few other times has caused part of the frame bordering the screen to crack and remove itself. The phone is utterly slow. Downloads apps whenever it pleases, and whatever apps that it pleases. I've deleted five of the same apps that continue to download, and three different apps. The same apps are not rooted into the phone, these are gaming apps that the phone doesn't come with.Refurbished? Hardly. Quality? Shotty. It is hit and miss with refurbish phones, I understand. I bought a used phone, so there are bound to be defects. I was expecting that, but this phone takes the cake with the faults.I've put up with it because I work nights and don't really have the time to try and ship it back or have fed ex or ups come to the house to get it. If you want a great phone that is refurbished, expect defaults. If you want a really good refurbished phone, I recommend that you purchase, look through it and over it and send it back for a refund of it is not up to your standards.

Just a really great older phone
I bought this phone primarily as an upgrade camerawise, and and am very happy with the picture quality, and the with whole phone in general. Terrific samsung product, the built in case is great, seems to work as a good speed for internet though i dont use it much for streaming. Not loaded w the latest processing speed like a brand new phone but its a great value for regular use. Would def buy it again.

looked like the perfect fit ....
ordered for my husband... he needed a rugged reliable phone and this phone seem to be the perfect fit. we received, it promptly and that is a major positive however the following day he kept asking me if i was able to connect to internet via wifi or cellular data because neither of these options were working for him after the initial setup. we tried every reset and set up option and still no service. This phone is advertised as unlocked and tmobile capable, which is why we picked it. we were traveling and finally in Nashville we went into a Tmobile store to have them check the phone before we returned it; and luckily the tmobile attendant knew what to do to finish and finalize the unlocking and settings so my husband could use the phone with confidence.Other than that issue, he is happy with the overall look and design of the phone, especially the rugged look and feel and the three hard buttons on the bottom instead of the touch buttons on the usual S7.Soooo, this is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 stars. I feel I purchased this phone based on the description of it being completely unlocked and set up for a Tmobile network. Even though, the tmobile rep was able to fix the issue, we should not have had to take time out of our tight vacation itinerary to find a tmobile store to complete a process that was described as 'ready to go'. With that said, my husband seems happy enough with the phone because I've encouraged him to return it but he said he's going to continue to give it a try, mainly because he needs a rugged android (preferably samsung).BTW, wishing everyone a lovely Vallentine's Day!
