Multiple glass damaged
Well in theory it is cute. I bought 4 as I run an in home daycare. These were Mother Day gifts. I will make them work and get my own glass. Out of 4 boxes, 2 of the acrylic glasses had huge cracks. Contacted company and they asked me not to write a negative review and they would send out more acrylic glass. They sent 3. I thought that was nice as I only needed 2. However, when the package came, I thought it was a joke. It was entirely wrapped in duck tape. It took 10 minutes to open because I did not want to damage it. The glasses have a film you have to peel off. I could tell the first one was damaged before removing the film. It was like someone took a needle or pin and made pinpricks all over it. There are little pinpricks circles all over the glass. The second piece had a crack in it. Again clearly visible thru the film. The third was fine. So now I will have 3 complete projects and will go buy glass somewhere else because I need it by Friday. The wood frame came with no damage and overall it is a cute project, but the letter the company sent acknowledged this was an ongoing problem. Very disappointed.

Great Keepsake!!
I got this for my husband for his first Father's Day and he absolutely loved it. The product worked great and the instructions were very helpful and easy to follow. The ornament was a nice added bonus! The customer service was also amazing. They went above and beyond to replace the glass cover that arrived with a small crack from shipping. I would highly recommend this product or anything else from this seller.

Damaged & poor quality.
Damaged and low quality. See pictures. Ornament frame edges, on both sides, look like badly cut pvc. Picture frame damaged in two front facing places. Plastic clear cover "glass" has deep scratch - not just the peelable soft cover, but the hard cover underneath. Clay feels soft through pouch, maybe that's a good sign.

Absolutely terrible
I was excited about this purchase. I bought a few of them as Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts. I went ahead and made them while my baby was still a newborn and a month later they are gross. The backing to the picture frame is molded and warped! It's been stored in a dry room in my home!Also, it doesn't even have glass, it's a piece of acrylic, one of which was scratched, but I didn't realize until I had already made all of the molds of the baby's hands and feet. TERRIBLE idea!! I've already given two as gifts, so now I have to call them and have them check for mold. Ridiculous. Don't bother buying this trash!! If I could give an active rating I would!!
