Light is bright and handy size but the spring to hold the switch on is not as convenient as a regular switch would be. I haven't used it while diving yet but I will be wearing gloves and the little spring is going to be hard to see and use.

Great light. Surprise... It flashes SOS if you hold the on button on while in flash mode it flashes SOS.Thats DOT DOT DOT DASH DASH DASH DOT DOT DOT and again and again.My wife was checking it out and found it. Very cool.

I have come across this Hecloud diving light several times on Amazon. This time I actually decided to purchase one. It certainly won’t break the bank at $28. It seems surprisingly well built for the money; not perfect but really decent. The magnetic slide switch seems easy to operate; slide forward to Hi slide forward to low then slide one more time to strobe. I like the fact that their are 3 battery options. Only mild complaint is that I suspect the lens is plastic instead of glass although it still seems solid. Overall, your going to be hard pressed to find another diving light close to this price. I think it’s excellent for the price. I’m sure I will purchase another one or two just to have around.

Light was used for a few seconds, one time, and no longer works. The switch to turn on is very questionable as it is a magnetic style switch. Not reliable.

You can't beat the price on this flashlight, it is extremely bright and well-designed. It even helped me find a grouper I would have never noticed without the light. That being said, you get what you pay for, in this case, it's the battery light, which is pretty short, but good enough for me!UPDATE:Battery life right off the bat was very very poor but I made due because of the price and I had multiple batteries. Hindsight battery life is not worth the headache. Also, 6 months later and 10 dives, this light has started to show its true colors. The magnet in the on/off switch is starting to fall out and is failing to switch. The hole where you connect the light to a split ring (to connect to your BC) is too small (the size of a pen tip), causing most split rings to fail. Only gets 3 stars because the price AND lumens did measure correctly, but don't expect more than a minute of burn time at that rate.
