Failed after a few month Seller sent a replacement!
Ordered January 4, 2023 and failed within a few months leaking fluid from the seals.I contacted the CLG HARDWARE Store and they are sending a replacement!Great customer service!

Very heavy duty
Can't believe how heavy duty this is for the price. We have a door that gets several hundred openings per day and needed something that will hold up. This is the perfect one. Lots of adjustments (latch, closing speed, power strength, and back check. Definitely recommend.

Commercial closer that'll last
This is a high quality commercial door closer. It mounts in minutes and is fully adjustable in strength of closing, closing speed on initial and end of closing. This is a door mounted closer that is heavy cast steel with a full steel closer arm that will last a lifetime in residential applications and in commercial use I've seen them last a solid 10+ years before a rebuild or replacement is needed.When installing adjustment may need to be done if large temperature changes or internal pressure conditions change in a building due to heating or cooling...positive pressure inside causing a needed increase of power of closer.Adjustment is easy and is Cleary shown on the closer body and is done with just an Allen key.

Very Good product
I installed it at the gate of the restaurant. In the windy weather, the door would be closed and opened ,Now no more this problem also it’s easy to install no need professional installation and not expensive too , Recommended

This seems like it's great quality and verry well made, it should last for a long time and it fells verry heavyBut it's verry hard to install and I was not able to

Definitely durable!
My husband loves it and says it wasn’t a troublesome nor time consuming install at all. Tough construction and components that can handle a heavy commercial door easily. Quiet closing and simple to polish. Make certain it is secured properly because it is rather heavy. Uncomplicated paper diagrams that were a breeze to follow. No need for professional installer in my opinion. High quality kit! Worth the cost.
