The mesh of the net is a fantastic size, it's so small even the ants can't get through. However the net isn't that sturdy and it actually split down the middle as I was unfolding it to use for the first time. I still managed to get a lot of use out of it but I was disappointed by losing half the width. Be extra extra gentle handling this!

Extremely fine 'mesh' basically feels like a silky material but chosen so the birds wouldn't tangle in it. Using it to cover my growing brassicas as they are now too tall for a hoop. I have weighted each side with sticks and hope stuff grows freely and pushes up inside it. Seems ok. Scrunched it to cut it as it is really fine / would fray. Enough to easily do multiple beds. Has allowed growth see photo2 so very pleased! Will it be anygood next year? No idea.

Covering vegetables, cheap and effective.

Lovely big piece of fine mesh. It doesn’t snarl up in the plants and leaves like other more open mesh does. I used it to prevent the squirrels from eating all the figs on my fig tree. I had other squirrel prevention options in mind but was sadly prohibited from using those methods and convinced to try this instead. The mesh has worked so far and my figs are intact.
