DynacraftFirestorm Boys BMX Street/Dirt Bike with Hand Brake 20"

When the bike was delivered, the outside of the box appeared to have no damage. When I opened the box there was a second slightly smaller box inside. I though great, added protection. I removed the bike from the box and it looked good. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the rear derailleur guard was bent and scratched (pushed in toward the derailleur). So, I bent it back out where it should be and didn't think any more about it and continued the assembly. When I finished the assembly and took my first ride, I noticed the front wheel had a severe wobble. I checked both boxes again for damage, there was none. So, I'm thinking the bike must have been damage before or during packaging and then shipped.When I contacted Dynacraft about the problems, they had me take some pictures and supply them with some information. The next email response from them they had decided that the front wheel would need to be replaced. The problem is that the front wheel is on back order and it would take 8 to 12 weeks to get. They also said I could return it to Amazon. When I started the return process, Amazon said I needed the bike in a box for shipping. I had thrown the box out the day before in the recycle bin so, No box, no return. At this point I'm a little perturbed. I have a nice new bike that I can't ride for 2 to 3 months while I wait for a wheel to become available. What can be done about this?

Got this bike as a gift to just do light riding with the family. The bike came mostly assembled except the wheels, handlebar stem and seat. It was easy to put together but the directions stunk or were missing a lot of important detail that I had to look up on youtube to figure out.The front wheel frame came bent and I had to email Dynacraft customer support to get a replacement. There has been no response after multiple emails that past few weeks. I am probably just going to return this and go with a more reputable brand.At least it looks decent. I wish I could ride it to review it properly.

I will not say the brand is junk dynacraft bikes are great they really are I ordered both my boys 1 different styles from different sellers. My younger sons arrived in manufacturers box a little hole in box but packaged great bike was excellent no scratches at all. This bike however was in a very large box when i opened it there was the manufacturer's box inside holes punctures everywhere! Opened the box I have NEVER seen even a used bike in such bad condition. Dents, scratches, missing pieces, rip in the seat no packaging to keep bike secure. Absolutely horrible!!! Sending back immediately I do not know if this is the seller, ups or a combination of both. Amazon however 5 stars giving me a full refund as soon as they recieve item. Just a huge inconvenience

Bike is not comfortable! Handle bars keep shifting rear wheel bent. In just 3 short rides the bike damaged so easily it's nearly unrideable first both tubes go flat after two rides. Handle bars kept shifting and are wobbly makes it feel unsafe! Then handle bars bent on one side and the back wheel bent. I put by childhood bike through more hell in one afternoon than this thing has seen in 3 rides and it's now nearly ready for the dumpster!!! What cheap manufacturing it's really tragic and shameful. What happened to companies building products that were durable and that they were proud of???

Arrived today and assembled. Not quite easy to assemble since the manual isn't really detailed. But great quality for this price range for sure.I just did my first test ride but no apparent problem found. One thing I don't like about this bike is that the seat's so hard that hurts my butt even for 30 mins ride so need some sort of seat cushion for a long ride. I'll update my review in a mo to see if the bike has quality issue.Update: Both front and rear tires keep getting flat every time I ride. I just ordered replacement but not sure if the new one will have same issue.
