Works great! I don’t sweat easily and this thing makes me pour out sweat from everywhere. Haven’t had it that long, but it seems durable.I’m a medium, bought a medium and it fit perfectly well. It’s about as comfortable as a sauna suit can be. No bad smells other than your body from sweat. Jacket has pockets, I wish the pants did as well.Room for improvement is that sweat leaks right into the pockets. So if you don’t have something external to hold your items in, (keys, phone, etc) then they’ll get soaking wet.

I am 6'2" and 215lbs. I have been trying to lose a few extra pounds and figured I'd get a Sauna suit to help. I had to go XXXL for sizing and it fits great for me. This thing WORKS. Even just on short walks I can feel it working. Short 2-3 mile runs and I am completely drenched. Very easy to clean, I throw it in the washer (inside out) and then hang dry to prevent shrinking. I have gotten many uses out of it and will continue to use it.

High quality sweat suit. Perfect for when you’re trying to burn extra calories while working out. My husband uses this often and wants to buy a second as a back up! We would recommend

I bought a large size jacket and pants during between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. For now it is worth the purchase. The only issue I have is, there were no side & rear pockets for the pants. The jacket does not have strings for the hoodie. The whole thing fits me loosely, but that is how I wanted it until I shrink down to a medium size in the near future. Also, if only the jacket and pants had reflective designs I would definitely go jogging outsude before dawn and or during sunset just for my safety. Jogging from the streets of Glendale and or in Los Angeles is a dangerous task since there are so many terrible drivers that DO NOT DESERVE the privilege to drive! Overall I gave it 4 STARS just because the outfit has a few missing parts that are beneficial not just in style but in safety as well.

Everything fits perfectly... Only thing is that the pants balloon out like if you're a Macy's day parade balloon 🤣

I loved the way this fits and the inner lining. Product is expensive compared to others but is good lasting quality.

This is the second one I've purchased to alternate use with the other. It warms me not long after I put it on and definitely makes me sweat. Heat inside is maintained well. Light material, not to say it's cheap, which I like because it does work. But being light material I put it inside a mesh washing bag so it doesn't get tangled with other clothing when being washed, then I hang it to dry. Would not suggest putting it in a dryer.

So I ordered this sauna jacket as part of my rower and boxercise fitness workouts. I normally wear a men's large - this large was very tight. The zipper was on a different side so I'm wondering if this a woman's jacket, maybe that's why it feels tight? The jacket does work, you will sweat. However, the jacket just feels plastically and there is an odor to it. I was hoping I'd get better quality for paying $36.

The suit works great. It's a bit thin so be careful when on a stationary bike and weight lifting. Would recommend

Bought this for my workouts and it 100% works. After my workouts I have sweat pooled in the ends of the sleeves and pants. The material it pretty good and I've washed it a bunch now and still no problems. I don't put in dryer obviously I just let it air dry. If you really want to burn calories and sweat buy the suit!
