Update 2: Seller has made considerable improvement to their shipping and logistics in the last few months. And since my dog is really benefiting from their food I’m updating my review to 5 stars again so others can benefit too.Update 1: I stand by my original comments below, but due to their extremely slow shipping and even slower customer service, 5 stars is now reduced to 2 stars. 12 days and still no dog food in sight, with only excuses and no proactive solutions. If this was my business I would have immediately sent a replacement box by express courier at my personal expense the moment the issue came up. And I wouldn’t make a repeat customer chase me for updates. It’s my third order, and now maybe it’s my last.**My dog seems to have fewer stomach issues since we replaced his kibble with fresh food. I like this one for its convenience and price point. This is still considerably more expensive than his previous Royal Canin kibble but it’s much less than other fresh food brands in the market and about the same as making your own at home. Only downside with fresh food (including this) is that it takes some time to get the amounts right - I feel the instruction booklet undershoots a bit. But overall really happy I found this and can feed my pal human grade food without the bad stuff that’s in processed dog food. And it’s easy to send when he goes to his pet sitter too.

I bought this from their website after reading reviews that their picky eater dogs love the food. So is my dog. Nd i bought it for him. However he doesn't even taste it. I tried mixing his favourite wet food, kibbles and even his utmost favourite peanut butter and curd. But nothing worked for me. Nd i ended up losing my money. I suggest you to try and buy. I did that mistake please you guys don't do that.

Do give this product a try . Have been using a month . And my picky dog who is not much enthusiastic about food , loves it so far. Everyday i serve her one time this food, and she has not rejected her food till now. I have been making this only slight soupy, so that i can easily feed her. I do need to hand feed her ( for other meals also. ) after eating this food , her appetite for other food has also increased. So far, i am seeing good change only, this is also travel friendly

I have an old beagle and I'm very careful about what u feed her because she's very picky. Thankfully she loved it.

Fresh ingredients, good packaging. Tastes that my dog approves. I would recommend this to other people. The price is also very reasonable compared to other premium brands. Very happy with houndfresh dog food.
