My mom has been buying this style for years now. This is her absolutely favorite wig color and style. This particular wig is #10 or so but the first purchased through Amazon. Price was better and the free shipping. Paula Young never offers a decent discount and shipping directly from them is rarely if ever discounted. Shipping sucks from either option. From Amazon seems to have taken less time but still over a week.The wig itself is a beautiful style but with everyone she receives she is reminded it's not like the very first one she ordered which arrived with coils and the curls were stunning once we shook it out. Not one that she's ordered since was as nicely curled or exactly the same shade of gray. But they all fit the same and the style itself remains the same. People mistake this for her real hair constantly and are always blown away if she shares she wears a wig. She receives compliments on her hair EVERYTIME we go out. It is a very beautiful style, sheds very little and it makes her ridiculously happy to have a gorgeous head of hair. Can't ask for more than that.

Didn’t like it at all because the color is not as advertised and it look completely fake, too shiny, tried to return it but need to go to a UPS store, but don’t have a car, so I throw it away and lost my money 😡

The wig did not look like the wig in the picture. It was longer and the hair did not appear to be human hair.

When I opened wig to try on I removed tags. I first of all, thought I was purchasing a real human hair wig. It is so fluffy and looked ridiculous. Then I was going to send it back for another and read that it couldn’t be returned if the tags were removed. You could only imagine my disappointment. Who tries on a wig with the tags hanging on? I’ve ordered Paula Young’s hair pieces before but this was the first full wig.

I have been wearing wigs for twenty or more years. This was my first online purchase. I am pleased to share with you thoughts of this beautiful wig. The colors are stunning the quality outstanding there is no skimping of hair. The order came faster than expected, packaged very nicely with a few necessary nets and style suggestions enclosed. Sad so many ladies expect to look PERFECT the moment they try on a wig. Wigs are like YOUR OWN hair ( but better), you fuss with it, and style as you would your own. I live in Southwest Florida where our hair takes a lot to maintain due to the weather. We spend a lot of time in and out of the pool, so to be able to put on a beautiful wig like this, ready to go out in minutes. Perfect.Thank you for the excellent service and a wonderful product.

I started my "wig-journey" early this year after cancer treatments. I figured I'd get the best help by going into a boutique. I wanted to find one that looked as close to my own hair as possible. I absolutely hated every curly wig I tried on and settled for a $400+ Belle Tress straight wig that was semi-close to my own color. I was so disappointed and disheartened. The women there, while not unkind, weren't empathetic or encouraging. I was so uncomfortable. I haven't been back. I've hesitantly ordered a few wigs online since then, but they just haven't worked. I continued to feel upset and concerned that I wouldn't find one that felt like ME. Until I found this one. I recognized my face the moment I pulled it on and I burst into tears. There I was, looking back at myself in the mirror. I felt tremendous relief. It's beautiful on me. It feels amazing. It's soft, it's well made, it arrived beautifully packaged. That scratchy, straight, stiff, too-dark, $400 wig that made me so self-conscious every day doesn't get to come out of it's box. I'm sticking with Paula Young.

The part in the top is terrible. I have to wear a hat or a bandanna with it to cover that part up. I have bought several wigs off Amazon and all of the others have been great.
