Not only does this outfit light up, they send you with a replacement battery for the head peice and a small Keychain that has both a flat and Phillips end you can unscrew to use. I did need to use my own 3 AAA batteries for the dress but as a mother I always have batteries on hand. It comes with 3 peices. The dress, the headpiece and the wings. My daughter is 2 years and 4 months, 31 lbs and 42 inches tall. I got a 3T for her and it fits perfectly. The material is not one that is comfortable and is mesh so it will be itchy and irritating her sensitive skin so I will be getting a short sleeved white or beige top to go under and the same with leggins to make it work.Overall this little girl will light up the dance floor at my best freinds Halloween Themed Wedding on the 30th!! As soon as i put it on her she kept saying pretty and doing spins 🥰

I bought 3 of these for my daughters. Two worked but one didn’t have working lights AND was missing the wings. I’m still giving 5 stars because the two that worked are beautiful and you know, things happen so I’m not holding the defective product against the company. I have a replacement coming and as long as it works, I’m sure it’ll be just as cute as the other two I received. If it doesn’t work, then I may edit this to a lower rating due to multiple faulty products. But giving the company the benefits of the doubt that 2 out of the 3 of mine worked fine and are super cute. Even the one that the lights didn’t work on was still adorable, even without the wings. My kids love them. They seem decently well made for the price. Hopefully the replacement one works!

My 3 year old loves this costume! It’s not super high quality but definitely better than expected and seems like it will last a while.Batteries are not included for the skirt (requires 3 AAA’s) which was a bummer, but batteries are included for the headband.Headband is super heavy so it doesn’t stay up on my daughter’s head, but I think I can rig it up to a sturdier headband and make it work.Overall this was great value for the money considering a lot of other halloween costumes cost $50+.

Update from previous review: The seller contacted me and was kind enough to send a replacement dress. The customer service was excellent and I’m impressed with how quickly they resolved my concern. Previous review: My daughter loved this dress but within two days the strap to tie the dress around the neck ripped completely off. The glue holding the lights on the headband came off almost immediately. Cute but poor quality and I’m disappointed that I can’t return it or contact the seller.

Received the dress today and I am so dissapointed. Took a picture of the dress and the cheaper skirt that I bought from amazon. The skirt is way much better than the dress. The led lights wire are also obvious and tangled. I didn't test it anymore if it's working or not. Please save your money and DO NoT BUY THIS ONE.
