Kevin Murphy Shimmer Me Blonde 3.4 Ounce

Smells horrible. Won’t buy this again and can’t return it due to it being flammable!! How did they ship it to me if it's that dangerous? My husband thought his grandmother had risen from the dead after I tried it. It literally smells like a couple dozen old ladies at a funeral.......including the dead one. Shine? Forget it. Complete waste of money.

The reason I started using this product was due to the smell. I’ve been using it for a while now, the main reason was the smell. It is also a great product, but the smell is what sets it apart in my book. I got the bottle I purchased from here. The scent is wrong. More chemically more pleasant at all. It came in timely and looks to be in new condition. Sparkles and all. However, other than the smell being totally wrong, the sprayer is yellowed, ?, that could be a design change or something I’ve just never really noticed. But it is definitely yellow like white does when it’s sat to long. I think this product is probably new but has been in storage to long or diluted. I’m going to have to buy another bottle from another seller. Kind of uncool.

I did not intend to order two and I accidentally received and paid for two. I tried this in a salon and loved it but this is not the same I think it’s a counterfeit maybe. The smell is so strong like perfume I can’t even use one spritz.

Smells sooo good to me! It is easy to drain the bottle quickly. For me, it doesn’t seem to smooth my hair very well. I don’t like the scent of most of the Kevin Murphy leave-in products, but I like this product mostly just for the scent. Not sure if I will purchase again, because it seemed to make my hair frizz. Some people don’t like the scent. It definitely is a strong scent. (But it is a girly scent, not a unisex scent like some of the others that I don’t like).

Yes it does have a strong scent which goes away after styling but thats not this issue. It just doesn't work. Does not add shine or volume in fact just the opposite on my fine/straight hair. Dont buy this if your looking for volume boost, it actually makes it worse. If you have thick/wavy or hair that needs taming this product is for you... or if your looking for a hair mask. AND you cant return so all I can do is toss in trash.

Although I'm not crazy with the fragrance, I'm still giving it 5 stars because it's such a light spray and delivers all it says it will. One of my favorite products!

I am not a fan. This smells like a very cheap musk perfume and didn't do much for the blonde in my hair, even if it did the smell is a huge turn-off.

Bought this because I adore the regular gold shimmer shine from Kevin Murphy it’s a treat product and smells amazing and this looked to be the same thing just a little less expensive. It smells like a New York taxi cab driver on a hot summer day. I literally gaged it was so strong and just reeks of cheap cologne. And now I see they don’t accept returns?!?! Would have been good to know before I bought such an expensive product. Amazon you really should offer returns on this, feeling cheated.
