Return not taken
We have requested for return of the item 4-5 times from the 3rd day after receipt of the item but nobody turned up to pick up the package. Very disappointed. The item is good but too small for our dog.The item was picked up but till date we haven't received the refund. Something fishy about this vendor.

No finesse and actual product as shown in pic
The actual product as against the pic is totally apart. However it is soft and comfortable and my fur ki I'd loved it so keeping it. Thank you.

Picture shown is leather but actually it is rexin.
I bought large size which is ok for six months beagle. But after 2 months i will have to buy bigger size. So buy carefully since no return policy. Its washable so good. Shape is also rectangle so good. But its rexin not leathet as shown in picture
