Q: How do i put it on the wall

Hello, it is easy. Decal comes as three layers: backing paper which protects vinyl glue, vinyl itself, and application paper which is like painters tape has some light glue on it. You remove the backing paper, exposing glue side of the vinyl and application tape, you then apply the sheet of application tap onto the wall, application tape holds all pieces of vinyl in place. once it is on the wall you remove the tape, thus leaving vinyl on the wall. There are a lot of videos online on how to apply wall vinyl decal. Check it out!

Q: how long is the string/cord decal?

Depends on what size sticker you buy.

Q: Can you place it on a newly painted room?

I Purchased some other decals in addition to this one for my son’s room. The instructions that came with the other vinyl stickers suggested not to put on freshly painted walls until at least two weeks after painting
