I have a very large very heavy birdcage that had a broken wheel. This jack allowed me to change the wheel by myself.

Have used these lifts when installing doors and they work great. Would highly recommend these for all trades and diy

works as advertised. difficult to lower.

It's cheap, no doubt about it. For the very occasional use, it works. Just be aware that although it does lift just fine. When you release the break.. there's no slow an steady on the way down. If you're gonna use these weekly.. find better ones that you can reverse the mechanism and lower whatever your lifting one clamp squeeze at a time.

I needed something to lift the corner of my cabinet so I could screw the foot down so the doors would close correctly. It was a little hard to squeeze the handle, but it worked! I wish I would have had this sooner, I could have used it a few more times in the past!

as said buyer beware i tried to lift corner of fridge with this to adjust leveling feet would NOT pick it up

This was perfect for leveling my quilting table. I could not have managed without it!

Look nice but have no lifting power. I tried to lift one end of an entertainment cabinet (about 300 total) and it would not pick it up. Like to broke my hand trying to jack it.
