I wish it was an inch wider
This belt works very well, gives good support and is comfortable to wear below clothing. The Velcro attachment points are adequate, but could be slightly longer. Also, this is wider than most other belts I've found but it would be nice if it was an inch or even two inches wider so it goes slightly higher on the back. But perhaps that's not available. It is light weight and breathable.Overall good belt

not the best option
So I purchased to help with intermittent back pain, however it is nearly impossible to get this thing on and in the right place by yourself, so it is just sitting here.Can I just say if you are a fluffy, meh may not be for you either. If you are having a gastro or girl surgery, the binder would be helpful for that but you may need extra hands for putting it on. It comes with back stays that help keep you for over ending your back. Just not for everyone.
