Within 11 months of usage 1 side ear piece stopped working. However as it was in warranty period had to mail ptron customer care to claim warranty, within 15 to 20 days got replacement with new working earphone but didn't got the pouch along with it (Note I had already sent the pouch along with earphone to ptron service point). BUT THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS IS NOT CONVENIENT, you have to courier the earphone along with all accessories to nearest ptron service point at your own expense.

The build quality is good,bass is not up to the expectation and finally earphone is not comfort in ear, it feels like wearing an local earphone. It looks good for the person who are not aware of bass and music. I will not recommend this for any gaming purpose and for music beats lovers and who wants to get a better feel of experience while watching any movies or any other over favorites .

These are heavy on ear with weight of ear peaceSound bass is very high.its personal choice I prefer mild bass else it sound hammer hitting head.so for me bass is highVoice quality is excellent no doubt on that.Wire material looks to plastic goating and seem to be tangle free.Noise cancellation is passive hence it even work u would not be able judge it.

Good product but I lost

They are not bad but neither they are good. You can get better earphones for that price range. The sound was pretty average , the so called dual drivers don't make any difference. Also the lifespan was just nine months whereas other that j used in that price range worked for more than a year
