Meat Marinade; Fajita

This is the BEST fajita and meat marinade EVER! THe longer you marinate the better. (2-3 hours is NOT enough!) A fabulous light smokey flavor with Mexican flavors. We love it on both chicken and beef. When we order, we get a ton of bottles. We also give them as gifts.

This is a fabulous marinade for beef fajitas. I use with skirt steak. I use about 2/3 to marinate the steak and about 1/3 to marinate the sliced onions and peppers which go with the fajitas. Everyone always loves my fajitas.Update: ordered again 8/23 after realizing I had just used my last bottle. I truly have not found any marinade for skirt steak that beats this one. This 17.5 Oz bottle will last for two grill sessions. I just date and refrigerate the bottle after opening and try to use within a couple of weeks. Have gone a month though.Loved how it arrived less than a day after I ordered it.Note that if I lived in Tx, I wouldn’t have to order this marinade as you can more easily find it in the stores. However where I live it’s just not available.

Found this at a grocery store, family was obsessed by it, & the store quit stocking it. Amazon to the rescue!The price is a little bit higher than other, lesser marinades. PAY IT ANYWAY!Using this marinade will turn you into an addict, like coke fiend.We NEVER run out. People who eat at our home wonder what the secret is to my husband's steak/chicken. We give them a bottle of this marinade (AS A GIFT!) to let them know amazing it is and to give confidence to new BBQ-ers. My husband and I have become, in essence, disciples of DL Jardine's marinade.I hope the company lives on, forever.

I have been using this for years (20) and couldn't find it in stores anymore. This is the best sauce for Fajitas.

I WISH I COULD FIND THIS LOCALLY. THE ONLY WAY TO AFFORD AMAZON'S COST IS TO PURCHASE 6 BOTTLES AT A TIME. BUT IT'S GOOD STUFF. I JUST GET TIRED OF GIVING SOME AWAY BECAUSE OF EXPIRATION DATES. AMAZON AND THE VENDORS NEED TO REPRICE THESE ITEMS. TOO EXPENSIVE!

Our favorite liquid Fajita Marinade. Bought for our home and as gifts for other people. Always a hit.Wish in were more available in stores. Sometimes the local WF has it, sometimes not. There is a small independent grocery here in MA. that carries it sometimes as well.
