amazing
super nice upgrade to a regular toilet seat. Easy install, just add the tee to the water line and plug in to an outlet. Pulls off fairly easily for quick toilet cleaning and overall a great item. Adjustable seat heat, water heat and pressure makes for a comfortable clean.

Lacking in instructions.
Installation instructions are great. All other instructions are very basic. Temperature of seat seems to default to a little warmer than desired. It can be lowered but will not remember the setting. It's going to take a little bit for this American to get use to it but it is a good value and will buy it again when it wears out.

Nice quality
Husband installed within 30 minutes or so. He said directions didn’t match up with the product exactly but was able to figure it out. There’s plastic you need to remove from seat plate first I guess for one example that’s not noted.However- the seat itself is great! Air dryer is commonly weak like most bidets. But I like that the buttons are all real and you have the option of either using the remote or just using side buttons on actual seat.

Leaks but nice
After 4 months and it started leaking.Does not fit proper on oval seat.Very nice features.

Game Changer
This is the second bidet I’ve purchased for my home. The quality is much better than my previous purchase. The water pressure and heater is perfect. The remote is easy to use. Highly recommend.

Seat temperature goes down automatically from the set temperature
I like the style and easy to use.But the seat temperature goes down sometimes by itself even after it's been set up. I should use it more and see if it is a initial issue or ongoing. Everything else looks good so far since I started using it for 2 weeks.

weak water presure
The water pressure to wash is very wear that I still have to use toilet paper. I'm disappointed but I'm just leaving it as is just to look good. I'll just save to buy the real ones
