I have been using this product for a few years and have not complaints. It is a good produce and would recommend this especially for women going through or are menopausal. It helps with the dryness and is very good.

I too am on the fence with this product. Its better than nothing.I never, ever needed this type of product in the past, so I have nothing to compare it to.Post breast cancer (PBC), I'm on medication that stops hormone production and immediately I went into menopause (mid 40s). My husband and I didn't attempt intercourse for over a year, I was just to sick. After our first and very painful attempt I called my gynecologist. She said several of her PBC patients use this product for daily dryness and intercourse. Like so many breast cancer patients, I have to avoid anything that mimics estrogen and/or progesterone. This product is free of hormones, natural or synthetic, so it's safe to use.The applicator !SUCKS! not only by its blunt shape, but it is difficult to clean. When I'm out in public and begin to feel pinching from dryness, I need to use it. Cleaning this in a public restroom, !SERIOUSLY! And then to put it where??? My unsanitary purse? So yes, I carry a zip top plastic bag. But even at home, washing it with an antibacterial hand soap, and it still is greasy feeling. And then again...where to store it to dry?Back to the sex issue; Using it twice daily, I still need re- application before intercourse. But my husband does not enjoy what's going on, and gets frustrated. He said it feels like he's swimming in there, absolutely no sensations. He happy to please me, and puts up with it, but has asked me to find something else for use during sex.So, the product itself does work for my daily use (not including the applicator). It is a little runny, I use a panty liner. It is a bit oily, again, I'm using a panty liner. I haven't experienced any of it getting on my sheets, and I don't use a liner at night. I just assumed that I needed multiple applications a day...maybe I need to look into a better product for that, but for now, I still have plenty of this.

I highly recommend this product. After going through menopause, I was experiencing a great deal of discomfort regardless of when and/or how much lubricant or what type of lubricant my husband and I used during sex. Everything burned. And I was always left with itching and inflammation and often either a UTI or yeast infection. As you can imagine, having that to look forward after having sex was putting a big damper on our love life. I ran across this product when I was searching around on the web and ordered it after reading what were most glowing reports. I've been inserting about 1/2 syringe on a daily basis for about a week, and then last night, right before my husband and I started our romantic interlude. OMG! No discomfort! I felt like I was in my 20's again! No lie! For the first time in forever, I enjoyed having sex! My husband is a very happy camper. And as we engage in oral sex, as an added bonus, he didn't notice any smell or taste. (Sorry if I offended anyone with the implied graphic-ness of that last statement, but I figured, if that was important to me/us, it might be important to other couples out there.) Yes, it's a tad expensive, but for me, so worth it. BTW, I'm 51.
