Good product and soft to the heels

I tried this and this did not fir my legs, I than, gave it to my daddy who wears UK 8.5, he said yes it will fit him properly in a few days. Thus I will need to take almost UK 11.5 for my wide toed foot. So it's a tight fit,. Upper wise, lower soul is okay for 10 also, but this needs to supply 11.5 with this cushioning, for the leather upper. I hope it rectifies in near future.

Just purchased. Seems good. Cushion is not soft as expected.

Making a long story short...this is a good product..got relief from heel pain...used for 3 years , heavy use daily walking , now upper surface a little worn out so purchasing one more new one.
