Packaging is a bit different from the picture, but that is not an issue. Good alcohol-based sanitizer. Alcohol content seems to be quite high, though not analyzed chemically. Distinct odour, fast evaporation and quick drying are indicative of high alcohol percentage. It is not sticky or soapy. It has a strong odour, which persists in the hand for a long time, but the odour is not repulsive.Good value for money. Will purchase again in future.
