ToyotaGenuine Parts 04465-02230 Front Brake Pad Set

This is for my wife's 2013 RAV4 Limited. She started saying when she brakes, she gets a vibration on the brake pedal. Seeing that the car was a couple years old and the brakes had never been replaced, I decided to replace the pads. Replacing them was similar to other brake pads I have replaced. I used all the existing hardware. One thing that was different. On other brake pads I have replaced, there is a 'squeeler' wear indicator (piece of metal the hits the rotor when the pad becomes worn down.) These brakes did not have a 'squeeler'. There must be a difference in brake pad compound once the pads wear down so far? Anyway, installed like any other brake pads and it resolved the issue with the car! Very happy.

Item does not fit my 2012 RAV4 base model with vin# starting with 2T......I used all the right information to search what I need and came up with this item. I only regret I had to wait too long to find this out and therefore missed the return window. Go buy it if you love the trial and error method, and make sure you do your experiments fast. I had to buy the right item in a local store. Not sure what to do with the wrong item.

Make sure your Rav is not Japan built or these won't fit. Got 63,000 on the original pads so what the heck why not try these
