I've tried their VITA60 MCT coconut oil and really liked it, so I decided to try their C60 olive oil. It has quite a peppery taste so I know it is high in polyphenols (this is a plus for me) along with it being organic! I mostly buy it for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits but have been using C60 for a while and it helps with clearer skin too. Happy with my order and impressed with the posh tube the bottle came in.

C60 olive oil is an amazing oil with many health benefits. I chose to try it as I have very high esr and rf levels in my blood indicating high inflammation, I have a connective tissue disorder as well as arthritis and spinal stenosis, so I suffer a lot of pain.C60 has had a lot of studies done that have shown really good results in it helping with inflammation but that isn’t all, it also helps support a healthy immune system, helps bone and cartilage studies have also shown it may help reduce tumours, help reverse or slow down Alzheimer’s disease, helps prevent obesity and can help you have a longer lifespan.I cannot say whether I will live a longer lifespan or most of the benefits listed above but I can confirm it helps with pain from inflammation, I have been taking this for less than a week and there is a difference to my knee pain and my back is a little less painful.I have been taking 5ml every day, it does say you don’t have to take it every day but if it helps I think it is best. Only problem I have is that there is only a 20 day supply and sadly I am not in a position to keep taking it right now, if I could though I would because the benefits are great, I just cannot afford to take it at £2.25 per day.

This is the kind of thing it was interesting to try. Yes what I read about C60 seemed impressive, but I wouldn't have bought this at its price point in the claims.I have always used olive oil, for taste and health reasons, so it would only be the C60 which I would be assessing. I used a teaspoon of this to toss my salad leaves in, rather than my normal extra virgin olive oil. Taste is very nice, quite peppery, so I liked it as a flavour. But that wasn't really the point, at a bottle of 100ml, costing over £40, and a daily suggested 5ml.I can't say I have noticed any beneficial changes at all. I was looking for possible improvements in vitality and breathing - mildly asthmatic, well controlled, and hoping these would translate to how much I puff and pant on runs. No change.

I have been taking it for three weeks now, and it’s working its magic again, as I don't have significant pain in my knee any more and I feel good overall. I take 5ml on a consecutive day, and restrict my dose in the morning as it seems to affect my sleep when taking at night. Since it’s not very palatable to take on its own, I mix it with a MCT oil.If you have never tried this oil before, do your own research and it’s also wise to speak to your GP first.Retailing at £44.99 (at the time of writing this review), it’s a little pricey, but definitely worth the money.In short, a good quality C60 olive oil supplement that seems to help with pain management for me.
