Like many women, I have an incontenence problem. This supplement was recommended by a PA at 1000 mg daily. I took 500 mg & immediately saw a difference. I have much more control & confidence.

This product is not bad, I just wish the capsules were filled all the way, if they were I would rate this 5 stars. Otherwise it is reasonably priced and a decent supplement.

Despite the glowing reviews for this product, I won't be ordering this product again.First, I'm concerned about the quality of the 36+ reviews (see Fakespot.com). I've been taking acetyl l-carnitine for about a year and have purchased several different products. While I continue to believe that this substance may promote long term brain health, I've never felt any of the overt positive effects contained in these reviews.Second, this is the first acetyl l-carnitine product I've purchased that emits such a foul smell.I gave the product two stars because I acknowledge that my criticism doesn't automatically mean the product isn't effective.

I find these give me energy. Used alongside RSP conjugated linoleic acid for my workouts and I do get a boost

These are a part of our daily vitamin regiment. Re-order when needed.

These smell awful. My toddler keeps asking me if I am eating poop. But they work great!

I’ve taken this before and there was something just not right with this one. Usually this product should give bursting energy and i felt nothing for workouts

These work wonderful and best bang for your buck. Feel added energy... a huge during my ketogenic dieting.
