I am not pleased at all. The handles are simply cut off wood dowels. The blades are shoved in one end with nothing to hold them. I've seen higher quality at the local land fill. A beginner's set??? Really? Ha......junk is a better description. Very small and quite flimsy

These are sharp to the touch but when trying to use on wood, they seem dull. I was surprised, as the reviews were generally pretty good. I will keep these and see if I can't sharpen them some more or repurpose them for a softer medium.

I did not get any of the instruction booklet that supposed to come with it, It's supposed to be for beginners check the package and nothing was in it beside the tubes. To set looks great just wish I could've got the booklets That goes along with it. I was really counting on the books to

Not sure about the quality because I haven't used them yet. I can say that the package smelled like oil/gasoline and my fingers were black after handling them...

Too flimsy for me. Tried a little cariving of a dry pine and I had to stop our I would have bent all of these tools.

Tools are perfect for beginners who want to try out wood carving. Cant beat the price and quality! Super convenient to carry around in the little pouch they give you too!
