Good tasting chili, and we know our chili in southern Colorado.

I was pleasantly surprised with this enchilada sauce! I like things a bit spicy. But not too much. I am using this bit by bit. On eggs etc.

I ordered this only because I wanted to make enchiladas and didn’t want to go to the store. It was my first time making enchiladas, and me and my boyfriend both loved the result. He’s been begging for more since, so I had him pick up a can of sauce at the store, which was absolutely terrible. So here I am, ordering 3 more jars because it tastes so good. It has a sort of smoky flavor, unlike the canned sauce at the store that tastes like someone dipped a pepper into a glass of tomato juice.

I use this mixed with my ground meat for tacos. It is amazing. As long as this is available, I will never use taco seasoning again.

Excellent enchilada sauce! My whole family enjoys it. Even my spice averse children.

I was looking for New Mexico red Chile sauce. I should have looked at ingredients more closely. The flavor in itself was good, but just not what I was looking for.
