Fits perfectly in my dryer!!
I truly don’t know what model washer and dryer I have. They were given to me and I can’t find the exact model anywhere but I found similar ones. I took a chance on ordering this because it looked the same and it was an exact fit.The old one had the right corner missing and it wouldn’t sit flush in the vent causing cloths to wrap around it, ruining a few pieces. This fits perfectly and is flush with the vent. I see on other reviews, it is common for these to break. I will update if that happens and how long it lasted!

Great lint trap
I was going to give the product four stars but that wouldn't be fair the product is good it did what it's supposed to do the fit is a little bit off but it was better than what I had much much better so I decided to give it five stars they can work on the fit a little bit more it was a little flimsy to start but once it heated up a few times it became a little bit more sturdy

This product works as atteneded!
I loved that this product worked with my Kenmore Dryer since having an old filter from a year ago and then it starts to break. Also I couldn't find this product on the Sears website not even a manual to read about serial numbers and so forth sad times in America when what used to be the largest company is now being reduced and only thing left to do is search on the net. But anyway this product worked great and fit snugged fingers crossed here's hoping next year I wont have to order another one. American products sadly don't have a large life cycle but have to see. I gave four stars for sturdiness cause when you put the filter in sometimes it tries to resist going down the lint guard but still good to go. So if you order this product make sure you check that its compatible with your dryer a great save!

Good replacement for old lint screen
Old LG lint screen tore from the sides after 10 yrs - this fits well. But there was NO LG logo on the plastic cover so not sure if this is OE or not. From the description - I bought it from LG store but there’s absolutely no way to confirm this.

Design problem with dryer or with filter?
We've had our dryer for a few years and the drying works fine, but as a couple other people mentioned, the lint filter doesn't fit flush into the filter slot. As a result the top rim sticks up and catches clothing. Sometimes a piece of clothing will get caught, causing that and several other pieces to become very, very twisted (you basically have to wash them again to get the twist marks out.) At some point it catches something that finally breaks the corner edge. Over the next several loads it gets worse -- things get stuck more easily and more of the edge comes off. I've tried many things from taping it down or taping over the broken edge with crazy strong gaffers tape. One particularly frustrating day I tried hammering it down further into the slot. That didn't do much. We're about to order our 3rd replacement. The pictures I posted were a couple weeks after the corner edge got pulled off of our most recent filter and then more of it came off in later loads. The purple in the photos is the remains of a purple tank strap, which is wound around the yellow gaffers tape (like I mentioned, very strong and sticky), that I had used to try to cover the edges.

Great replacement
I was hesitant to replace my dryers original lint filter. However, a teeny little tear in the top eventually turned into a decent sized hole.... so I had no choice.I purchased this 6 months ago and even with daily use, I have had ZERO issues with it. The fit is just as good as my original was and it is holding up wonderfully.

Seller is good. My dryer is just poorly designed in the lint trap portion.
For some reason, these dryers seem to have a design flaw where even the factory original lint traps don't sit perfectly flush on the right side of the dryer. This can lead to clothing getting caught, and sometimes ruined.I bought this lint trap as a replacement for my first replacement (so basically my first replacement for this model dryer lint trap placed on Amazon, since the first one was sent by LG (the manufacturer) due to warranty. There is nothing wrong with this product, and the seller had the most reasonable price. It isn't the seller's fault that this dryer model seems to have the design flaw that allows for the lint trap to catch clothes on it and rip them or stretch them out or just ruin them completely. Two pieces of advice:1) Avoid this model of dryer.2) If you need to replace a dryer lint trap and this seller has one that will work with your dryer, I do recommend the seller.

Not the right part
The original lint filter that came with the dryer is on the right. This lint filter is in the photo on the left. It is missing the little tabs on the bottom. The LG parts website for this lint trap has tabs as well. This lint filter does not fit the LG dle3500w dryer.
