These are my first pair of cowboy boots ever so I was a little worried about possibly not liking the fit or look of them, however I was pleasantly surprised!QUALITY: The boots are great quality and are made very well. It is obvious from the quality of the boots themselves and their pristine packaging that the company takes great pride in their product. The boots are wrapped individually in plastic and a boot tree made of cardboard and paper is inserted inside each boot to preserve their form during shipping.LOOK/COMFORT: The boots are very cute and also very comfortable! They look great with jeans or even with shorts or skirts. Since this is my first pair of boots I was a bit worried that they would be uncomfortable, but I just put them to a very good test this past weekend by walking all around the French Quarter in New Orleans for a day. I wore them literally from about 9 AM until just past midnight when we got back to our hotel room and my feet did not hurt at all. Anyone who has been to New Orleans' French Quarter knows you'll do a lot of walking there and the streets aren't always the nicest but these boots held up great and left my tootsies feeling just fine!SIZING:As other reviewers have mentioned the sizes do run a little big so order about a half size down from what you normally wear. I normally wear either a 9.5W or 10W depending on the shoe. I originally ordered a 9.5W and it was a bit too long, but the width was good so I exchanged them for a 9W and they fit great! Just for general purposes, I'm including this link on how to properly fit a cowboy boot since it's a little bit different in some respects than fitting a regular shoe and it may help you when deciding what size to order. Order a half size smaller than your normal shoe size and you should good.

I was looking for a women's western boot for WORK.. not looking for something "stylish and cute that can go straight from the office to the dance floor".Although these boots fit that description, I have been impressed by how they have performed under working conditions.I had a specific design in mind to meet my work... Traditional (r) toe for stirrup fit, non-slip sole for wet concrete, and a shaft height that would protect my legs from brush on the trail.I normally wear a 9 1/2, but ordered a 9 1/2 W due to a foot injury. I would say they run true to size.The boots were comfortable and flexible from day one... I didn't have to suffer through the "breaking in" period. The soles flexed well while riding or walking.I chose to moisturize the leather with Brick 4 leather conditioner, Kiwi shoe cream (brown), followed by Kiwi shoe polish (brown wax) to protect the leather from water and dirt. This did change the original color, but the boots still look great.I was more concerned with function than form, but these have met both standards!

I have plantar fasciitis, a bunion on my left foot, and an old ankle injury, for reference. The first pair of Ariats I tried years ago, squished my foot. The toebox was terrible. This pair, available in WIDE (seems to not be as common for women), is great! Ordered a 7.5 wide. Fits perfect, heel isn't too high, easy on and off. It is real leather so took about a week to break in. I had a minor issue with one of the pull on loops chaffing my mid calf for a while (had to buy knee high boot socks and cover that spot with duct tape) but has since softened up and no longer an issue. Best Western style boots I've ever owned. I wear them not just for style, but they're also my outdoor homestead work boots.

These are very good boots. They didn’t arrive in the original box, but were well packed. At first they looked big, but I had trouble putting them on. Not having a lot of experience with cowboy boots, I was confused as to if they fit. I wear size 9 to 10 and wide. I got 9.5 wide, and after watching YouTube on how boots should feel ( they are not sneakers) I decided this was the right size. And get boot socks if you don’t have them already. I’m wearing the wrangler ones.

These boots are extremely scuffed up and they look absolutely terrible!! They don’t even look like the same boots and the sizing is weird. They are supposed to be wide and they are actually very narrow. Definitely returning these.

This is the first pair of cowgirl boots I have bought. I have VERY wide calves and do not fit in any standard size fashion boots, my calves even tend to fully fill out boots from plus size stores. I am able to get these boots on but they only fit on a bare leg with thin socks or skin tight jeans and low cut socks underneath. After maybe 3 or 4 hours of wearing them my feet get very painful and start to go numb because of how tight they are. I do not think this is really an issue with the boots themselves, but I do think it's important to share for those concerned about wide feet/wide leg issues. Besides the width being too small on me they feel sturdy enough to go work on a small family farm. I have worn them for 8 hrs shifts at my indoor day job and the seem to work fine for that as well but my feet hurt worse by the end of the day than they do in other shoes.

Perfect fit. Ordered my tennis shoe size but in a wide as I’ve had a couple foot surgeries so I wanted to give my foot a little extra room. Beautiful boots .. look just like the picture!! Used mink oil to condition/soften before wearing as per review suggestions. Definitely would order again! Reviews certainly helped with sizing and care suggestions!

These boots are amazing! I have only worn them for a few days, but they are super, super comfortable, and I have very difficult feet to fit :-) I normally wear a 9 1/2 wide, and that is what I am wearing in these boots. The right foot was pretty snug at first, and I thought I might have to get it stretched. After walking around my house for a couple of hours, I could feel that they loosened up a bit. Within a few hours of wearing them the second day, the right foot was already perfect. I am so thankful I kept the boots. The arch support is wonderful, which is something I definitely need!

Love them! Exactly what I was after and the quality is great!!

Bought them for my girlfriend and they arrived just in time for the Rodeo. She loved them!

Bought a pair, they showed up all scuffed. Asked for a replacement as these are not cheap and they should not be scuffed when arriving. And this is the replacement pair which is WAY WORSE than the first! Do not buy unless you want to spend this much money on boots that are already scratched and scuffed up.

Good value for the buck
