Elastikon Elastic Tape: 1'' X 180''- Box of 12, Tan

Elatikon tape was recommended by the breeder of my Australian Shepherd. Aussie ears may have a tendency to "lift up" and by taping the inside of one ear and looping a length of the tape under the chin and adhering the end piece to the other ear (like the ribbons on a girl's bonnet) this will prevent the lifting. Since the tape "stretches" there is no danger of choking. I kept the Elastikon on for a week and my Aussie girl's ears look perfect!

Excellent choice for active folks recovering from a minor wound. I had minor foot surgery and was able to continue jiu jitsu training and the tape held up well. Good price, too.

Hints for all you A-2's out there: I use Elastoplast/Tensoplast/Elastikon in fighting wireless microphone moisture and in building/rigging earpieces. I've found it works great for high intensity musical theatre shows with lots of dancing and acrobatics, and with actors prone to sweating out elements.(Unless, of course, you have it in your budget to buy a bunch of MKE 1's) Excellent product, price, and seller was extremely prompt with shipping! With people on a tight time-frame this was exceptionally important. Will buy from again.

I looked all over for this Elastikon tape. I was given one roll at the ER and I thought it was the last roll in existence! Then behold, I found this wonderful store that sold a box of Elastikon 1 inch rolls. This product is stretchy and adhesive at the same time, and I give it my highest recommendation for injuries like a fracture or splinting. It arrived in 2 days, perfect condition, in the original Johnson and Johnson box. Thank you for being there when I needed you!

If you are looking for a simple tape for wrapping your hockey stick, then you're looking at the wrong product here. If you are trying to build a great first aid kit, any sort of bug out bag, or have a habit of needing to tape yourself back together, then you've found the product to buy.I've been through just about every brand of sports tape in the past few years, and this is the first tape that can hold up to anything I put myself through. Whether it's taping pain patches down, holding gauze on an open wound, or even trying to add a little support to a joint, this tape does it all. And it hates to quit. I use it on a bum knee & a mangled ankle daily, and it offers so much more than any of the tapes I've found at the local sports or department stores.

I have used elastikon for many years. This recent order is not at all the same as what I am used to. The weave is very open. The tape is very thin. But most of all, the threads on either side when unwrapping a strip to cut off, ravel. Makes it not only messy, the edges are now loose when used. I use elastikon to bandage and tape my dogs legs. Now, within minutes of taping the edges are unraveling and starting to roll. I doubt I will purchase elastikon again.

Disappointed in the description of the product, but happy with the tape. It states that the tape is1" x 180" (5yards) on the description. What it doesn't say is that the 180"s is 180" stretched. Un-stretched it is 90" (2.5 yards) which is what it says on the box. I was expecting a dozen rolls at 180"s un-stretched. If I would have know I could have gotten the same item on Amazon from a different seller for $6.00 less.

I use the tape to wrap my whippet's foot when he runs. It is perfect for the job. The tape stays on during racing and the dog doesn't try to remove it. But I can remove the tape easily after a day of racing or lure coursing.
