Pampered Chicken Mama Herbal Rabbit Feed 25 LB Bag: Premium Rabbit Food Made with Timothy Hay & Organic Herbs

I have sadly bought 4-5 bags of this food from you guys, through Amazon! I hoped each time that it would get better! I was wrong! Just received my last bag and there is so much broken up food that has turned into dust!! I just could not believe what I was seeing!! I gave it a good chance. But I think that I am going to start buying a quality pellet and mixing some of the Kaytee Food from the wild herb and flower mix. I give that to them and they go crazy! Two bags of that and the food I choose. BAM! You have herbal food! And it would probably still be cheaper than one of these bags!Update: I just opened the last bag I will ever buy! It is literally half food dust mixed with some pellets! I don’t know how to contact the company! I have not heard anything from the company after the first review. Personally, I will be buying a better quality product and mixing in the Food From the Wild foraging mix in. Oh, that’s the other thing, my bunnies LOVE herbs and flowers, yet they leave the herbs behind. I guess that they use that to entice you to buy their product! If you don’t believe me, order a bag for yourself! The very first scoop will have an unacceptable amount of dust!UPDATE: The free bag has been a night and day difference!! We haven’t pulled out a scoop yet that has had any dust or broken up pellets!! Oh AND the herbs are better! I have seen a lot more whole flowers. Mainly calendula flowers that are whole. But that’s a very healthy flower for the rabbits!So the next step is to order a bag through Amazon and see if it arrives as good as this one. Kind of a blind test. Should be ordering another bag soon so I will update again after we have our next bag. But I am satisfied with this bag that they sent to me directly. Could Amazon have old stock?? The new bag isn’t white, as it has been in the past. This bag is a brown box color. Hmm? 🤔UPDATE: Since my first complaint this company has improved their product 100%!Now, the only dust that is left in the bag is a small amount at the bottom of the bag!! My rabbits love it! And the price is very reasonable for how much you get. They have really done a great job making their product so much better!! Thank You so very much!! 😊👍🏻

Update: The response from their team was very polite and rather quick. This really is my bunnies' fave food, as the emergency food I had to buy proved (ofc) to not be popular. I am happy to say that this product is 5 stars in quality, and that their team have proven themselves to have excellent customer service. I will be donating the accidental order of chicken feed :) Thank you Pampered Chicken Mamma!!Update: They reached out (Amazon failed to send/had an error in sending my first communication) and asked for some super simple info about when it was ordered and a picture of what I received. Easy peasy. Just waiting for a response to that :) Let's hope it all works out! This is my bunnies' fave food so far, and I really would like to keep ordering from this company for the rest of their lives.OG Post: Yo, i actually like feeding this food to my rabbits. Have been a customer for a couple years now, and was sent chicken feed this last time around. I have no chickens, just hungry bunnies.Honestly I just want a resolution to this, and reviews seem to be the only way to get any attention.

I think the feed is great but it's overpriced. Probably just because it has dried flowers in it. I found my rabbit mostly left that stuff alone.

After reading the reviews of others who had extremely picky bunnies saying their bunnies loved this I thought I would give it a very expensive try! Didn't work for my bunny, she would eat the fried flowers buy that's it. Huge waste of money for me 😭

Bunnies like the variety of opinions that are in food

I got this, not knowing what to expect, having seen no reviews. When I opened it however, I was pleasantly surprised! The ingredients are similar to the Kaytee “Food from the Wild” minus the hay, however I get 4x the amount of food for the price with this. So far the bunnies are enjoying it, and I’m glad I found this. Definitely a keeper! :)

Good ingredients but alot of dust, for the price of the feed it should not be low quality and alot of dust. Very disappointed. I will be looking for better quality next time I am ordering.
