I’m using this flour for keto baking. I made some delicious hazelnut biscotti. They turned out well and I would definitely buy this product again.

OTTIMO PRODOTTO!!!
Ho comprato questo prodotto perché mi sono avvicinata da poco alla dieta chetogenica per un infiammazione corporea non indifferente data anche dall' intolleranza al glutine e al lattosio che ho. É di facile utilizzo e molto saporita,ne consiglio l'utilizzo!I tortini in foto li ho fatti semplicemente montando 2 uova con 25 gr di eritritolo in polvere a cui poi ho aggiunto 100gr di farina di nocciole mescolando dal basso verso l'alto. Ho unto 5 pirottini,spolverato con farina di nocciole e cotto in friggitrice ad aria 15 minuti a 170 gradi. Mettendo sopra un topping di cioccolato é venuto una squisitezza!!! Provare per credere!
