Commercial Real Estate Investing for Dummies Paperback – January 1, 2008

I am only about halfway through this book and I've learned so much from it then I have other "information" out there... I am finding this to be the most educational and informative material thus far. I would recommend this and any other subjects offered with the title of so and so for dummies because the reputation is outstanding. You just have to get past the word dummies LOL!

Finally, a resource for doing commercial real estate! And with humor. All too often these kinds of books are dry and tough to find the info you need. This is NOT the case with Peter and Peter's book. When I got the book I needed some help on how to find private funding. I checked the table of contents and sure enough, there it was. The information was consise and very helpful with a few chuckles thown in.They cover such a wide range of topics. Commercial real estate is frequently overwhelming, even to experienced real estate investors who have focused on single family homes. But Peter and Peter make it so clear with step by step directions that it removes the mystic.I highly recommend this book. Remember, someone owns all those buildings, why not you?

Great book. Step by step. I highlighted and took notes. Have sent this book to at least ten people as gifts. I have read a few other books on repositioning multi family or apartment buildings and these was the best read for the novice allowing for a good broad base to build from. An invaluable book! Like having a friend or relative take you under their wing. I analyzed and bought my first multi family using the tools. No BS, just good facts and "how to". It's not that hard once do body shows you the ropes. I scratch my head when I see friends buying stuff having no blue as to their rate of return and so on.

This book is awesome. It was very informative and written in a very easy format to understand. I am really excited about purchasing my first CRE property. I would like to purchase a small apartment building and then build on that. I plan to buy your other book as well. Thanks, Peter. Please continue keeping us updated and informed!

I like to follow Peter on youtube and he does such a great job on explaining the process of doing commercial deals.What a excellent job of walking you through the process on youtube and his book. He has been giving his knowledge away for free but I wanted to support his efforts because that is the least I could do . Thanks for all you do Mr. Harris!

Hands down the best resource for info on commercial deal structures. Jam packed with all kinds of creative options that ANYONE can implement with minimal risk exposure. As long as you are willing and able to commit to the legwork your family wealth can be established RIGHT NOW!
