Overall this thing works great. You do have to leave a little room at the top though or it will come out the top a little. The only issue i see is that, say you use it and take the new ice ball out. Then you want to immediately re-fill it again. It will leak. So you have to warm it back up before you can fill it again. Not a terrible flaw but still a bit annoying.

I bought these for my husband who is a fan of bourbon and he loves these. They form a large ice balls that still fit easily into any standard glass and melt more slowly than regular cubes of ice. The mold opens easily so you can remove the ice ball. I'd definitely recommend these.

I have several different ice ball molds, and this one is by far the best of the bunch. This one makes the largest, and conveniently puts 4 in a relatively small package. They're super-easy to open and extract the ice ball as well.

This works great but make sure you use distilled water, if you do not the ice ball splits in half

A useful size but the ice is sometimes very difficult to remove.

Fan of Star Trek Into Darkness

I really like ice in my drink, but it's a fickle thing as most of the ice melts before I'm done with the drink. I love my Bonlavi Iceball as it lasts for several drinks and I only need one in the glass. Plus, it looks cool.
