Really I am doubted about buying a fitness Bike in online.My doubt about the waranty period and after service.I have went through some fitness bike and atlast reached in Reach.Compare others brand its price is low and comments about theml.Its almost one year near about to bought this product.Still its working fine.Before buying, I have checked comments and most of them doubt about the installation.Though I have the same.But with their demo, I think its not a hard job.In my experience,dont worry about their customer service.when the order placed, they contacted through whatsup,they give full support for the installation and sale after service. NB:Its not chain type .its belt type

I bought this bike in Oct'22 to start a health regimen, and this seemed like the cheapest but well-rated option. After 14 months (used for 7), I can safely say that it is definitely worth the price, gets the job done, and is a no-brainer as an initial purchase to kickstart your workout routine.I wasn't expecting very high build quality, or even get long-term value out of this item; at this price point, that might've been unreasonable, compared to some of the spin bikes I've used in upper-end gyms. And that is effectively the conclusion I've come to.Assembly was a breeze, and must've taken ~1-1.5 hours at most. I was able to use some references on YouTube to determine all the steps, however it would be better if Reach could include high quality images from various angles of each part to be attached in order. The included Allen wrench is a bit hard to grip, and I'd suggest wearing some gloves to avoid accidentally hurting yourself. I was never able to attach the foamy handgrips to the handles, but honestly never felt a need for them.The included digital monitor is good for keeping track of time and distance; I have a hard time accepting the calorie readings, as it doesn't match my experience with much higher quality bikes. The monitor is a tad flimsy, and the groove to hold it in the bike broke within 3-4 months. (Partly my fault)The belt quality could be better, and replacements easier. It was worn out after 3-4 months of use, and had to be replaced. I could not contact Reach for a replacement, but was able to buy replacement locally at some bike shops for ~₹200. ( That's worn out again after 3 months as well, so I wonder if that's just how long they'll last in general).All in all, I think at this price point (Bought at 6k, not at 8k, but still holds), this is a good purchase for anyone looking to just get out of the lurch and lose some weight without having to commit to or pay for a gym membership. At least for me personally, losing > 10 kg with just this bike has been well worth it, and I'll definitely buy it again to maintain a routine when the current one gives out.Edit - Aug'24: bought it again during prime day for 5.4k. Still worth it.

I am a heavy Amazon Prime user and was trying to setup a Gym of some sorts at home. In addition to buying other health tech equipment, i bought this air bike looking at the reviews.BUT, to my utter surprise this came as one of the most pathetic and senseless unempathetic experience I had from this REACH brand folks.See the issues I faced below:1) After delivery no one bothered to come and assemble the equipment even after multiple follow ups and making installation service requests. I was told that I will be intimated about the date and time over email and SMS. IT NEVER CAME!2) After 3 weeks passed without anyone bothering a bit about the installation (felt like the REACH folks made themselves totally unREACHable and dumped one of their units), i decided to assemble it myself.3) While assembling I saw following things:a) The strip that provides resistance to the front wheel was too fragile and thin. Could have broken after a month if usageb) Shabby finishing of the ends with cheap plasticsc) Screws that do not align with the threading and hard time tightening them (you miss one screw and the whole unit will not work as expected)d) The worst of all - The left foot rest hole was too small and hence I could not assemble it AT ALL. Was left utterly disappointed. Wasted nearly 2 hours trying to assemble but could not complete. Spent another 1.5 hrs to repack it and put it back in the box coz without the left footrest could not have used it anyway. Would have been a junk taking unnecessary space in my home.Complained to Amazon and they said that the return period is over. Felt cheated for the first time. Such a big fraud is happening online.First, they assured that an assembly person will come. Waited for more than 3 weeks for a person and no one appeared. Then they gave a faulty unit so that the customer will have to bear the cost of their pathetic waste inventory that they dumped on me.Honest suggestion: Beware of this fraud company and NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE CHEATERS!
