Fills Holes, Fills Souls
I bought Gorilla Wood Filler to fix a small dent in my coffee table. What I didn’t expect was for it to become a core part of my personality.First of all, this stuff is THICC. I opened the tub and felt like I was about to frost a cake made of sawdust and broken dreams. I slapped it on that dent like I was Picasso with a putty knife. Smooth as butter, dries like concrete, and sands down like a gentle whisper from a lumberjack. Not only did it fill the hole in my table, it filled the hole in my heart. I’ve since filled every ding, dent, and questionable crevice in my house. Door frames? Filled. Baseboards? Smooth as a baby’s forehead. My neighbor’s fence? Let’s just say it’s now 20% wood filler and 80% spite.I briefly considered trying it on a chipped tooth but decided I wasn’t ready to become legally immortal.Final verdict:5/5 stars. If wood filler could get a driver’s license, I’d let this stuff take my car for a spin.

Very helpful product
I was very surprised how well this works to fill in gaps in between laminate boards. The golden oak color was a very good match too & I can’t really tell where it blends in the before & after. I did try a few other brands before this and they worked but they cracked & shrank so they ended up not being helpful. Thus far there is no cracking or shrinking like advertised & I kinda believe it will stay that way as Gorilla makes excellent products in general. One of my gaps was a bit large too( not the one in the pic) and you can see it a bit in the gap if looking for it it still looks pretty good & not that noticeable to one who doesn’t know it’s there. I’m glad I was able to fix the gaps & know dust won’t collect in there as well as it being water resistant as I do use a shark steam mop on the floors to sanitize( it drys quickly & doesn’t get too wet as laminate is sensitive), so I’m very satisfied with this Gorilla product. The 1st pic is before & the 2nd is after. Hope this helps someone as it helped me to read the reviews especially ones with pics to show the color of golden oak.

The best wood filler and putty!
This wood filler putty does a great job correcting flaws in the wood or patching up holes. It only takes one application to get the job done and painting over the wood filler makes it look like there was never an issue with the wood! Love this product, highly recommended this for large and small jobs!

Not great, not terrible
I bought this to use as filler for a veneered particleboard table that was damaged during a move. A chunk roughly the size of a quarter was chipped out of it. My plan was to fill the divot in, sand smooth, and then use a touch-up kit to make it less noticeable. This wasn't a particularly expensive table so all I was looking for was for it to look OK from across the room. This stuff was more viscous than I thought, about the consistency of stiff dough. Seems like it should be a bit thinner but the tube hadn't previously been opened so I assume it wasn't dried out.It doesn't adhere particularly well to particleboard. This strikes me as odd because the particleboard is a very irregular surface that should provide a lot of nooks and crannies to grab onto. I'd hate to see what adhesion is like on smooth wood. Forget about trying to use a putty knife to glide it onto a surface. I had the best luck mashing it into place with my fingers. It took me a while to get a glob to stick in place. Once it did, I waited an hour and sanded it smooth. It's very dense so it takes a while to sand and the fine dust will clog paper pretty quickly, but it does provide a smooth finish when you're done.Unfortunately, the putty shrunk a bit as it dried so there is a slight indentation in the middle of the repaired spot. Like I said, the table isn't particularly expensive so I'm not too worried about it, but I expected this stuff to be a bit easier to use.In retrospect, I probably should have thinned a small batch down and tried to work it into the chipped surface a bit better. The color match also wasn't great-- it's a fair bit lighter than walnut. Overall, if I had some more time to mess with it, I might have gotten better results. As it stands, it's a bit finicky to use the first time. Not sure I'll bother with it again.

Works Nicely
This works great so my reason for 4 stars is the color, not liking the color of it, its to yellow. If your painting it, then who cares but I have some T&G ceiling with knots that have little holes I wanted filled and painting them is not an option. I also have a new LVP floor where a little piece was chipped off of when they installed it, way to yellow for that too and both these area's are not paintable. Wish it came in a more brown tone instead of yellow.
