Q: I noticed it's used for cooking but can I drink it? I like how it tastes, I'm not sure if it can just be a drink or if it's concentrated for cooking.

It's meant to be used as an ingredient in food but you can drink it. Nutrient wise, it's healthy. Just not when you consider the calories. It'll taste pretty good mixing with Coconut Water to reduce the thickness but keep the coconut flavor.

Ingredients: Coconut Extract, Water, Citric Acid (as antioxidant), Sodium Metabisulfite (as preservative)

Q: do I need to dilute the coconut milk?

Yes, if you're using it for a milk substitute. If youre using it as a soup, for creamy desserts or as a thickener then no.

Q: How do you open the can? My can opener can't grip the side edge so I can't open it.

When that happens to me, I buy a new can opener. They wear out and that happens. I did not have any issues opening my cans.
