I LOVE this product!! I have tried several natural products to get sleepy enough to go to sleep and Muscle Ease WORKS! It has sleep-inducing herbs in it and along with Magnesium to eliminate muscle cramps, I'm sleeping like a baby. I would recommend Muscle Ease to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep and/or has muscle spasms/cramps. It's GREAT!!

I have had four spinal surgeries and the accompanying pain, going on 4 years now. Doctors are exceedingly cautious about prescribing medication with a danger of addiction, so basically no help from the doctors. I tried these capsules and, something was different. Not a complete absence of pain, but definitely better. I am not sure they are working, or if I just NEED them to work!

I have seen absolutely no benefit from these whatsoever. I tried them hoping to get rid of severe leg cramping but have not had any relief so far. I'm on the 3rd bottle now and will not reorder.They claim help with sleep as well but again, no satisfactory results on my part. I am not able to give these my recommendation but I suppose they might work for someone else.

This product is/was exactly, what I was looking for. I have a case of CP. Muscles get tight, hard to move sometimes' even after, doing excercises...Makes for a great day even after 8 hours on my feet/ legs(retail).It says to take more even as needed. All i need in my case is 1 tablet per day... Probably need to look at buying a subscription. It works' that great..

I love it but doubtful I’ll continue to buy bc it’s just too expensive.

Works well for me. Only use it at night.
